Giving 2 stars because the fries were actually hot,When we arrived at the window a man gave us our food the sweet tea didn’t taste good maybe the last of the pot or something not a big deal, asked him to replace it, he looks less than thrilled but I was able to swap for a coke, the au jus sauce wasn’t even warm so I asked for a warm one he replied I asked him to heat it, I said okay but it’s not even warm, he took it back and put it in the microwave handed it back with an attitude, not sure what I did wrong I was polite it was 9pm (not closing time) and the team looked upset or ready to go home, the other one was out front smoking a cigarette lol I mean I can’t expect much but these two working the window didn’t look like they wanted to work tonight not very fair to the customers in my opinion.

I am really unsatisfied I never write a review but my food is cold the woman at the window was not friendly at all and they didn't even ask if I wanted any sauce. I was in a rush so I couldn't go back.

Ordered a roast beef sandwich and crinkle fries.. I received the sandwich but they gave me curly fries by mistake. They weren't even half way full and they were cold. Almost 9 bucks for this. ?

This is a newer arbys. But something about their roast beef isn't right. Everytime I get a sanwich it's tough, almost like eating rubber bands. Go to the arbys on Ridgewood in south daytona. Much better... I drive out of my way to go to the one on Ridgewood when I live less than 5 minutes from the Dunlawton Arbys. The meat is so dry, chewy and bland!
