Aunt Catfish's On the River

I come with my family on Mother's Day. We pull in parking lot and sat in line while 2 cars in front of me is waiting to park. I have a mad woman behind us yelling to move, honking and and being very belligerent. Car in front of me is in reverse and the lady yelling to move up so a car can pull out of a spot. I proceed to move a foot up and the truck pulls out but he can't move because again there are cars in front of me. Then this lady pushes her car up around me trying to get in front of me. There is no room for 2 cars. She's yelling 'I'm trying to leave, MOVE!' I told her to wait, either I'm trying to park or leave, whatever comes first! We continue to yell back and forth and her kid Anthony who works for Aunt Catfish starts threatening along with his mom or whatever she is. We told them do not approach our vehicle. We are protected. The kid gets out lifting his shirt like he has a gun and is going to do something to us. He approaches towards our car then proceeds to name call and runs into the back work entrance of the restaurant. I already called 911 but since he ran into the reasturant. I told 911, I no longer am in fear and I will just report it to his manager. Pull your cameras since management does not believe sweet Anthony would do that! I'll never return here nor any of my family members.

we originally decided to come here because my husband was catfished by some older husky lady bur that is the story of how we met. amazing aromatic scents of cinnamon buns and home cooking got us to stay and have an amazing meal.

It was good but not what someone had built it up to be.

We finally made it to Aunt Catfish’s and it didn’t disappoint, we were a walk in and seated within 20 min served by Cassidy who was excellent , the food was exceptionally good from start to finish we had , Crab Cakes & Coconut Shrimp , Mains were Surf & Turf and Babyback Ribs , the food was really excellent and pics won’t do it justice , meal of the vacation will definitely be back when we are here again in July

Joshua was our waiter. Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. We were with a group of 8. Food was good, atmosphere dining on the outside deck was awesome! Well done, highly recommend and ask for Joshua!

When I tell you that this little joint is worth a stop, you gotta listen. From the catfish to the unlimited country sides, and the cinnamon rolls... you will need to be rolled out of the place because you'll be way too full to walk. We will definitely be back on our next visit!
