My mom and I went to your Port Orange, FL location. I ordered the fried chicken breast plate and the chicken was very overcooked, dry and chewy. Our server, Denise, was amazing. She offered to have them recook it but I wasn't feeling well due to health issues and asked for soup instead. She brought my soup right out. I was not charged for anything except my Pepsi and I was more than willing to pay for the soup. When I went to cash out I had a 10% off coupon but it wouldn't work. The cashier, Archer, put in her friends and family discount for us. You have some amazing people working for you and I wanted you to know that. People are more likely to say something bad than something good. These 2 ladies went above and beyond. They deserve recognition for that.

We never got our BBq sauce or water. Ask 3x for each. Ketchup was empty but could not get the waitress to even get our other items. Told the kitchen refused the BBQ sauce for the chicken strips. Drinks are $4.00 each and app only 8 onion rings… someone gifted me a gift card so I figured we would try it but would not spend my money there again.
