On Jan 27, 2025, first visit at any Bob Evans restaurant. Hubby ordered the Steakhouse burger and I ordered the Steak Tips. My steak tips were cooked to death and difficult to chew. The rest of my order was cold. Waitress changed my order to chicken tenders. The cook on the tenders were over done as was my husband's burger and onion rings. The fryer was either set too high or cook wasn't paying attention, also the oil hasn't been changed in a long while which made our onion rings and tenders very dark, close to burnt. The burger was just done and done. We will NEVER return. I don't know how they are still in business. The food was so bad that we barely made it to the bathroom when we got home. You can't pay us to come back.
Eating in may be good but if you order delivery you get screwed w all the food they burnt, assuming they even give you what you paid for, it will be subpar.

My youngest son wanted to go here for breakfast for several weeks and we finally made it a few weeks ago. Finally! A Bob Evans location we love!! Great service, great food, great atmosphere, great everything! We will return again
