Let’s start with the good: nice New York style pepperoni pizza. Just the right amount and grease and good crust.
Ok, now the bad and I hate doing this but just being honest. Called in an order and was told 20 minutes. I got there in about 25. Sent my friend in to get the order and he walked in and just stood at the host area waiting. Meanwhile o could see two employees in the booth and cleaning the floor glance over to the door and go about their business leaving him to stand there. After almost ten minutes of waiting, two employees came out of the kitchen area and glance over to him standing there. One said, you get this one because I got the last one and walk away.
A total of fifteen minutes to get a carry out pizza and they made my friend feel like he was an imposition just because he had the audacity walk in and need service.
Love the pizza but won’t be back.

I’ve been here for 2 hours and was told an hour ago that a manager would grab my food. Do not order here. Manager never showed to apologize. We sat down at 5:40 and left at 8:16. Take out is fine I’m sure but they are simply incapable of service. Never saw the manager after. Got the meal compensated and somehow bill was still $30. Would give zero stars if possible.

I would like to express my concern regarding the waiting time for delivery orders at your establishment. Today, I waited 40 minutes for an order and was informed by one of your staff members that the usual wait time can reach one hour.
As delivery drivers, we earn on average $5 to $8 per delivery, and such delays make our work unfeasible. While dine-in customers are served promptly, we are left waiting, even though we are also working. I consider this a lack of respect and an internal organizational issue.
I understand that unexpected situations can happen, but I believe the company should have more staff or better processes to prevent these delays. This long waiting time directly impacts our income and makes the service unfair to those who rely on these deliveries to make a living.
Thank you for your attention, and I hope your team can review this procedure to improve the experience for delivery drivers.

Not the kinda pizza from The Bronx. Close, but false advertisement to label it The Bronx and not sell slices like The Bronx do. I came in expecting to buy a quick slice. A bit disappointed to end up buying a pie. And I’m from Rochester NY who goes to the city often fordham rd area to the real New Yorkers who knows about pizza. So it’s ok. It’s a sit down restaurant. Friendly customer service
The wait was way too long and I hate excuses from teenagers who have no customer service skills!

First time visiting. Pizza was good. 1 customer was rude to the 2 women at the front counter and they handled it very well but still unacceptable behavior for staff to deal with. We will return to try other items on the menu
