They are very slow and most of the staff are rude and that's probably because they don't have enough staff working there. Why have two drive thru windows if you're only going to use the first one. I worked at a McDonald's for years, and the first window was for taking money and the second was for handing out the food. The owner of that McDonald's would stand outside with a timer in his hand to see how fast we were getting the orders done in the drive thru. The one I worked at was one of the owner's fastest drive thru's he owned. They need management that cares about the guest not just the money!

My boyfriend Ben and I have been to BK a couple times this month and even though they are short staffed and that can make the wait longer, the employees had great customer service and Melodi really went above standards under stress to make sure we had a good experience at this location. The food was hot and fresh when it did come out.

Stuck in drive through for atleaste 30mins without moving an inch. Thank god everyone behind me decided to back out. Went inside and 3 employees were just hanging out. Please just shut this place down

If you order through the website, they have no clue what platform picks it up and if your food doesn’t get delivered, they’re not gonna make it right for you. They’re gonna tell you they don’t know if it was DoorDash or GrubHub so you have to wait 24 to 48 hours to get your response when you don’t get your food so no money back no food and I’m left hungry thanks I’ll never ever order from here again.

No reason to wait 10 minutes in the morning for 1 cup of coffee

Pulled up to the window and was just told it's just started being brewed (it's 7:50am)

There was no one in line in front of me

I recommend not going there in the morning as the service is extremely subpar

The poor souls who work here need management/owner to step and help.
They deliver the food properly, they are always understaffed. 4th visit and always experienced same long waits, even when order ahead on app. Sorry to say next time I want BK I will drive 20 minutes away and still get home quicker.
