I went through the drive through, of this BK establishment. The indoor seating is always locked apparently, which gives you no other option. We placed our order, but the attendent never asked if what we were ordering was a meal. So when we arrived at the window we had to ask for fries and drink. The attendent didn't even try to hide his disgust with us. He huffed and puffed, rolled his eyes, and made it apparent that he didn't want to be there or deal with our order. The play area is filled with storage, so there is no way for the kids to play. I guess that doesn't really matter since you can't get in the front door with it always being locked.

Unfortunately the fries were cold and overcooked, the fish sandwich was also way overcooked, flavorless and was like a piece of shoe leather, I won't go there again

Had terrible service the manager on duty had adult children there and was too busy with them that the drive thru and the counter had to wait young man that.took my order needed 1 dollar bills and she brought him pennies and went back to the kids very sad that one person can have such a negative affect on other employees will not go back to that location

I'm posting this while still waiting in the drive thru. Been waiting 32 minutes. Only one car has gone thru. Wanted to leave at the 10 minute mark but the drive thru makes it impossible. Once your in your stuck. Call your boss let them know you will be late. They haven't even taken my order yet

Looked like only 2 people working at 730pm. The guy taking our order screwed up the whole order. We ordered the 2 bacon & cheese whopper Jr for $5. Charged us $7.89. Ordered #9 with HEAVY Mayo. Barely had Mayo on it. Ordered it with Onion rings, 3 times he put fries. So ended up with fries. Ordered 2 Diet cokes medium and they weren't filled up at all. Then Ordered another medium fry but they didn't put it in the bag. They did get the plain cheeseburger correct. We finally got the correct stuff at 815pm. I ran a BK for 4 years in Iowa. I would never allow my BK to serve anyone thus way. Good luck because we won't be back.

Went to this Burger King for a quick bite, but the wait for food was excessively long. Employees seemed more interested in their own conversations, appearing either high or drunk, rather than serving customers. Disappointing experience overall.

Order around 9:15p. Chicken fingers were dry and tough. Fries were not fresh. The crispy wrap was awful, it's one big tortilla with a sad little piece of chicken, one dead tomato thrown in and drenched in sauce. This chain just doesn't care anymore, it's all about marketing to lure you in. I spent $12.95 and threw all of it away. Considering it a donation on my part, never going back to any BK again. Good riddance.
Wondering why this place is closed at 3pm on a Sunday only drive through open just as bad as the Daytona one closing the restrooms at night

No wait. Food came fast. Not many people inside. I thought it was closed due to the old kids room looking like a storage room with junk and darkness inside from the main street. Plenty of parking and the impossible burger was very good. No complaints about the food. Tap to pay technology was a plus.

I order ham crosammiches and they tell me they outta ham. How UNABLE to do the job y'all possibly be that y'all run out of the number one ingredient on a Monday morning . Pathetic I've never been to a burger king that was THIS bad.i mean does anyone there even DO anything?

The staff was in the place , it was 6:37 pm in a sunday ( the place should’ve been opened ) the door was locked and there was noone but the staffWe knocked on the door and they ignored
