It’s Unbelievable how bad this location is! Last week, I came here and asked the guy his recommendation. He suggested I get honey butter added to my breakfast sandwich, so I did and it was delicious. Today I came back and requested the same thing. Today I was told they are not allowed to do that. I asked if I could just purchase a side of the honey butter then. The lady was proud to tell me there was nothing she could do to acquire any honey butter whatsoever. Will NOT RETURN

Who remembers when you could go through the drive through and get what you ordered. If I wanted to pay for food and not get it I’d go through McDonalds drive through. Ordered (2) number 1’s and get home missing one sandwich. Second time they missed something in a month. So much for the great service they used to give.

I am reaching out again because an item I ordered was missing, and instead of receiving help, I was accused of lying about it. Not a single person — including management — offered an apology. I want to make you aware that I still have not been contacted regarding this experience, which was not only upsetting for me but also for my children who witnessed it.
It is extremely disappointing to see Chick‑fil‑A treat its customers this way. When a manager shows no concern, it sets the tone for the entire team, and it leaves the impression that corporate leadership doesn’t care either.

While we love chic fil a, unfortunately, our order is missing items nearly every time we utilize the drive thru. Driving all the way home to realize you’re missing an entire sandwich from one meal, and the salad dressing for another, is frustrating.

I swear the CFA hype isn't worth the wait and cluster of a drive through that happens at this location. My order always has a mess up or forgotten item and trying to go in to order is not worth losing my life over (with the way people drive through there). All CFA are crazy, but this one just seems to be extra special in that regard.
I have never had the experience we had tonight. Nuggets taste so nasty felt like rubber. Drinks were water down and the fries can’t describe the taste but nasty.
