I usually love going to this location since it's right around the corner from where I live. The food is always perfect. However, sometimes the service isn't the best. There have been times where I go in for a sit down breakfast and order through the mobile app for dine-in and there's not that many people in the drive thru and there's hardly anyone inside at all and I've had to wait 10+ minutes for my food. Also, the staff are very unwilling to substitute minor changes when it comes to rewards that have come from that store specifically. I have a reward for a spicy chicken biscuit and I don't eat the spicy ones, so I just wanted to get the regular chicken biscuit instead. The regular one is cheaper than the spicy and I couldn't see why they couldn't to the swap. I mean, what's the big deal? The team member I asked about it said that the register wouldn't allow him to change it, and I get that, but also how hard is it to just ring it in for the spicy and give me the regular instead?I feel like the service needs to get a little better and if there is a reward being offered like what I was given it should be an optional choice between the two kinds they have, not just one specific one that not everyone will even want.

Our service was fine. The food was horrible. The chicken biscuit tasted burnt, the hash rounds were way over cooked and the burrito was stale.

My sister is allergic to pickles, and Chik Fil A normally avoids cross contamination. She has not had any issues going to the Chik Fil A in our hometown.We went to this Chik Fil A and said, multiple times, no pickle and stressed the issue. My sister, not looking while in a conversation, reached into the bag and grabbed her spicy chicken sandwich which had pickles. We had to cancel our plans to celebrate a birthday, which required a restaurant and hotel reservation, to take her to the ER.This has been such an abysmal experience that we will no longer be going to any Chik Fil A. I know for whatever lazy employee there that it’s just a fast food job, but your apathy almost killed someone. You should not work in the food industry. Had we not thrown away the bag and receipt, we would sue.Please take this review into genuine consideration, because you might genuinely kill someone and will have to live with that for the rest of your life. Your franchise might also be sued and be forced to shut down, meaning you all lose your jobs, all because one of you didn’t feel like caring enough to read an order.
Friendly, hot and fresh! They clearly focus on drive through and online pick up orders which has made the in store dining experience not what it once was but I guess chalk it up to the times. Best chicken sandwich in town!!

I always enjoy a Chk Fila day.The grilled nuggets are one of the few quick options that are food allergy friendly (#faf) for me.I usually feel most up to it on random Sundays... ? ? but don't want them to change their ways. It's nice to see a company commit to things besides the dollar.
