Just wanted to give a shout out to manager Scott, who I talked to & discussed that I had a party of 14 that would like to go to Chili’s in Port Orange. A huge thank you to Heather, who was our main server, she was friendly, fast & professional. A thank you to her wait staff who assisted in delivering our plates. Thank you to the chef and the kitchen crew, as well. What a great deal, Chili’s was offering us. We will definitely be back.
Restaurant closed due to sign on door power off. Planned on lunch and birthday dessert before time is up About 4 hours later returned now open. Management very rude when I asked if free rewards dessert could be extended offered no solution just said other Chili's were around. Always went to this location. Bad customer relations . Too many better restaurants around. One bad apple has put a bad taste in my mouth for this location.

We visited Chili’s on Valentine’s Day and had an excellent experience! Despite the holiday, we were seated immediately with no wait time. The food was delicious, fresh, and served quickly. Our waitress, Britney, was amazing—super friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Her great attitude made our dinner even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

It was overall a nice restaurant, a good quick stop by place,me and my family enjoyed, they’ve got a great deal going on right now. It could be better but for now it was great, part of the good experience was the great service and big portions, beware if you can’t eat fried foods, most things come fried.
Our favorite restaurant in Port Orange! Every server is good and the food comes out perfectly timed plus the 3 managers we have met were all super nice! Best Chili's around...

This was our first visit to the Port Orange Chilli's Grill & Bar and we were glad we did. Our server was very pleasant, attentive and professional. Our orders were taken quickly and efficiently. Our meals were hot and plentiful. I'm sure we'll be back to the Port Orange Chilli's Grill & Bar again soon. We highly recommend it. 👍👍
I called tonight at 1845 hours and was told it would take 20 minutes to prepare my (2) three for me meals. I arrived at 1905 hours and waited patiently, while watching the non stop customers complain about there orders being wrong or the wait times. I gave up and told the manager I would like to cancel my order at 1945 hours. She didn’t attempt to check on my food or ask what she could do. The inconvenience and then the lack of care is over the top. Hopefully she learns how to run a restaurant soon.

Well first off the pretty much have the store was empty and they had a citizen between four people the portions were very small I was still hungry after I left I had a grilled chicken sandwich with fries so it is in my name is like $60 and then they took off $2.99 for this horrible for the this horrible salsa that wasn't even salsa that it was just the chips look good but who wants to go to a place for the chips and know you know juice

If there were 0 stars I would give it, We arrived at 7:15 pm and it was 8:05 pm and not even the chips we ordered had brought us to the table while other tables that arrived after us until the food had definitely served them terrible service we asked to talk to the manager to leave because not even the waitress wanted to serve us which only said was unacceptable but nothing more. I'm a fan of Chili's and this restaurant has been the worst experience.
