The food was great, and the service was even better. Friendly, helpful, and happy even when the place was packed! She responded very well with a couple of tough customers without showing any negative energy. Employees like her are ha4d to find, hold on to her!

I had given up on Chili’s. The food had been horrible and the taste was just not there anymore even in the chips and salsa, but this particular chilis really changed that. I will say this dish was very tasty, hot, and had a lot of shrimp in it. The customer service was very attentive to our group and if I ever had to come back to Chili’s, it would only be this one!

Kid-friendliness: Too friendly when it comes to very young children ages 1-6 that make the environment offensive, impractical, unclean, and a danger of having food thrown at you. Also the leniency of dogs and pets in the establishment is outrageous. There shouldn't be a dog being hand fed by someone in the table over that doesn't order anything themselves, yet blocks the aisle with a baby stroller and creates such a repulsive environment.

I went to dinner last night and the service was poor. My steak fajitas wasn’t not sizzling at all and we weren’t offered any refills on our drinks. The waitress was passing plates to the guest to give to the next guest. The service was poor and I wasn’t happy with any of the food. I didn’t complain because I didn’t want make it any worse than it was.

Chilis used to be one of my favorite spots to go, I’m not sure what happened but the food is horrible now. Service is always good, but man what happened to the food might want to check your management and the cooks. I ordered a burger the other day used to be the best in town not so much now. Ordered the chicken crispers today with my favorite honey chipotle and ranch to dip them in, no crispy batter to speak of just chicken and the ranch tasted bad like sour bad. Horrible experience! Like I say it’s not the servers it’s the cooks and management. Chili’s port orange location
