Consistently the worst chipotle of all time. Half the time they are out of meat, and this time they were out of cheese. They didn’t tell us until the bowl was already made and didn’t do anything about it. So I paid $30 for two double chicken bowls with no cheese. I’m just going to drive an extra 10 minutes to New Smyrna Beach and go there from now on. Disappointed EVERY time here.

The food is really good, my score is referred to the amount of food served by the employees, extremely little. The truth is that every day is less and less. If you order a bowl and it has the normal protein for a meal you have to order at least 3 extra protein, and of course the price rises to $20. The truth is that I am a repeat customer but every day I am more disappointed. I hope they can adjust the quantities.
Bad customer service

The portions at this location are so inconsistent. I just witnessed an older couple order 4 tacos with the same thing on it however, the chicken portions were noticably different on each one. I am very surprised that the woman did not say anything by the look on her face. I would say the Daytona location is far better than the Port Orange location.

The food was fine with the exception of the guacamole. I think they must have spilled the salt container when they were preparing it. I told the cashier after tasting it. There was no reaction. No offer to refund the additional cost and they didn’t even try it or remove it from the serving line. An example of really poor customer service and I wonder how many folks were unhappy with their food because the employee chose to take no action. The date was 1/10 about 12:30 pm.

My bowl was tiny the size of the portions are ridiculous and this has happened the last two times as well. I don’t get to eat out often and it’s such a disappointment wasting my money on a tiny bowl. I will no longer go to this location. There profit margins must be huge

Went in around 7:00 PM on a Saturday. It was busy, but I get busy at work too, and if my attitude was the same as the cashier’s, I’d be fired.
Barely looked at me, told my friend they were out of chips when we saw the chips in the back. I never got a receipt, so couldn’t check if I was charged already for the chips, and was never asked if I wanted a receipt either. The woman was already sullenly helping the next people in line.
I tried to call Chipotle, was stuck on an automated menu. Never able to speak to a manager or anyone in person after the fact.
Don’t go here. Go to Moe’s on the other side of Dunlawton.
Ordered a steak bowl for pickup. I showed up early for my pickup, so I didn't happen to leave it sitting so it's still warm. I get home and try a couple bites and everything is ice cold including the steak. Zero flavor... Thank God I used a gift card for this terrible meal...
I don't complain often, but it seems to be happening more and more mainly with pickup orders.

Dude is stingy with the rice
Let’s get one thing straight. This is by the far the worst Chipotle that has ever been erected. They never have anything ready on time, nor do they ever have my bowls filled to an adequate level. Look at this picture. Is this where you want your hard earned money spent? I would venture to say no. Take your money elsewhere. I’d walk to another Chipotle if I had to.

This place used to be good. There’s a couple of workers there that are great but I cannot understand why some people are okay with paying 10-15$ on bowls that get filled halfway.
I’d order a bowl extra rice and extra chicken but would get less than a scoop with my chicken and not a lot of rice. Daytona does a better job with serving you food that is actually worth your money.

Took like 15 minutes. Rather get the orders for the online people instead of the line forming inside. Woman gave me a portion for an ant.

I usually eat here almost everyday during the afternoon. Came in today at 7 pm. The night crew definitely needs more training. The crew preparing meals waited till last minute to refill empty pans causing a line to the door. I asked for smaller portions and it just didn't happen. Will return but not in the evening.
