Ordered coffee & tea on July 25 three days after order on July 28 they sent me a shipping label today is Aug 8 2025 my order still hasn't been shipped.?? This company in the pass has always shipped promptly.

I had a problem on my first order a year ago. It was my fault, I forgot to use a coupon. I contacted the company to see what to do. Cody, their Client Support Specialist, told me he canceled the order and submitted the refund and I could place another order, using the coupon code. I did what he suggested.
I have a medical condition and it affects my memory, so I never looked out for my refund and noticed it never went through, about a year later.
They were an amazing company for me and helped me get a gift card, because it's been a year, and came through with the refund. I would highly recommend their company, because their Amaretto pods are the BEST and the most delicious Amaretto coffee my mother in law and I have ever had! I'm not a regular coffee drinker, but this makes me drink more than usual. ;)
It did take about a month for me to get the most recently placed order, but totally worth it!! Thank you, Cody, for all your help, time, understanding and care!! You are a wonderful customer service representative!!

Worst customer service ever. Find another coffee company. It has been 12 days, I haven’t received my order, can’t track it and no one at the company communicates with me. They sure took my money, though.

I haven't ordered in quite awhile. I love the Amaretto that I can't get elsewhere, but same old stuff.... you get a tracking number almost immediately but then how long until it's shipped?
My order was on 5/24. I received the tracking number May 26th. Today is June 2nd with no sign of delivery.

Been purchasing coffee for several years and enjoy your coffee. However since you have relocated the delivery time is horrible. Several weeks with no response on why! Will be purchasing my coffee elsewhere!

I ordered weeks ago and I still havent recieved my order. It was my second order because i liked the product but I can wait weeks for coffee. 😔

CB amaretto coffee is absolutely delicious! I purchased my first box a few years ago & tried finding amaretto locally..no luck so I returned to their website and was so excited to get more.I don’t even want to use them. They switched up their k cup & what’s suppose to be convenient is an absolute nightmare!!!!! The k cups leak & make a huge mess! Not only is there coffee all through the top of my Keurig but when you go to remove the cup coffee goes everywhere.You charge 15$ for a box of 18 (which is on the higher side) & you skimp on supplies.I first called your 800# left a message bc I hate leaving negative reviews but no one has responded. Very disappointed.☹️

Great tasting coffee!!

I ordered my coffee concentrate 7/27 and it still has not shipped. According to your schedule, this should have shipped last Friday. I am leaving the state this weekend and really needed it to come in, now it's too late to even order from Amazon. My first order was delivered so quickly, but every order after that had taken at least two weeks. I love the product, but may have to go somewhere else if this is going to he an issue every time.

Worked briefly in sales for this company back in 2004, surprised to see its still around.

Never been an issue ordering from Christopher Bean. I buy the concentrated coffee and love it.The staff are amazing and I would like to give a shout out to Cody who is so kind and offers amazing customer service.I have refered many of my friends and will continue to do so.After 8 hours working with my ER patients, the first thing I do is grab my Christopher Bean concentrated coffee and make a iced coffee...yummy.

I want to love ur coffee , but can't !!! I tried 3 different flavors, ALL lack flavor. Just as , another reviewer said ( Matthew S. ) regarding the Maple Bacon , flavor. He said he can smell a hint of it , in the pkg. , but not taste it at all. I was the same , can smell a hint , but the taste is plain/bland !!!! I won't order anymore. Ur coffee bakers ( makers ) need to add more flavor to the beans , so it actually taste like , the name of the coffee flavor !!! Thank u

I purchased a box of 18 count gallon size infused passion fruit green tea bags. Half the bags were not sealed properly and loose tea was all over inside the box containing all the pouches. Now I have to take each unsealed bag, steep it in enough hot water and pour that through a tight sieve into my gallon container. It is now alot more work than I want. So I really cannot recommend this product until they fix this defect. However, the resulting infused tea tasted very good. Update: now I tried to infuse the bags that look sealed and the tea leaves still leaked into the water.

Placed an order for a Christmas gift that was accepted, and then canceled over a week later. By then all the sales at competitors were over. Christopher Bean sent an email explaining they had a poor website that didn't update inventory in real-time.

I wanted peppermint coffee and I found Christopher Bean Coffee on Google. The coffee is fresh and I can taste the peppermint. I will be ordering from Christopher Bean Coffee again. I recommend this coffee to anyone who wants fresh and tasty coffee.
