Normally, this culvers does well. But today was horrible. I was in drive thru and order my burger meal. They asked if I wanted to try the new thick bacon and I said sure. While waiting in line, car after car kept getting their food. After the 6 car that was after me got their food, I asked if they lost my order. They said they would check. Another 5 cars came and went and still no food. I complained again to the person bringing out the food. Finally after 27 min waiting they brought out my food. They said sorry they lost my order. I was aggravated obviously but drove home to enjoy my meal. When I opened my burger the bacon was missing that I paid extra to get. So not only did I wait 27 minutes, they got my order wrong and I paid for something that I did not even get. Very bad service.

I ordered the value basket burger with cheese. I added lettuce, pickles, mayo and ketchup. The food was served very quickly. I accidentally ordered double patties. I didn't intend to do that. I shared my burger with my sister. The burger was very good. The bun was a bit softer than what I like. Service was outstanding. Everyone was very attentive and nice. Sometimes nice is hard to find. My value meal burger with the extra Patty came to Just Around $11. I will definitely go back!
Horrible.no dining area. Slow service and forgot two things on order ahead of us.rude employees.and dumb as a box of rocks.we left and went to burger

Ran out of ketchup the night before. Was there for lunch next day....still no ketchup. Spoke to Manager and asked why they didn't just go to grocery store? Was told short handed. REALLY??? So you would rather tick off tons of customers than go to a store which is 5 minute drive. Who is running this place????
