Placed an online order for pick up through drive thru, pulled up in drive thru and was handed our drinks and told to pull around. We pulled around and parked in the mobile order parking spot and waited 20 minutes and noticed people who went inside where getting their orders before ours. My husband went in and our order had just been sitting on the counter. We drove 30 minutes home only to notice half out order was missing.

We drove nearly an hour from Palm Coast to come to this location for our first time yesterday... My husband is originally from Southern Cali and loves this place so when I saw an article about this Del Taco opening near us, I knew we had to take a lil road trip! We were immediately greeted by an incredibly sweet employee at the register, Cassie (spelling?). I think she was in love with our old service pup and simply so kind to us. She was very accommodating and patient with our order too. The facility looked very clean and it wasn't too busy. Our food came out quickly and was everything hubby remembered it was. I had only been to one in SoCal once with him years ago but this location was a better experience for me. After we ate, we ordered more food to take home for later. I normally won't eat "fast food" and Lord knows I am not supposed to eat dairy but I couldn't help myself. It was definitely worth the trip and we will be back.

I love how delivery drivers are treated as less than everybody else! They are not even welcome in the store. Doesn't matter if it's raining, doesn't matter if it's cold, delivery drivers get to stand outside at the lockers and wait for their food to be ready. Not only that, if you're unaware of that policy and you walk inside to pick up the food, even though they're standing right next to the bag they still refuse to hand it to you and make you walk outside to get it. Again doesn't matter if it's raining, no overhang, you are less than everyone else that comes to that restaurant as a delivery driver. I can promise you I would never spend my money here

I feel like everyone is being shitty in these reviews. Not sure why. My first time ever tonight and it was excellent. Absolutely delicious. Full belly, and I spent less $5. That’s rare these days
Food is absolute trash! Ordered the chicken lovers combos. Barely enough to feed a child. Garbage. Makes Taco Bell seem great

I was looking forward to visiting Del Taco and I was not disappointed. I signed up and ordered online, with ease. When I arrived I went inside to pick it up. As I waited behind another customer, I was approched by Paul, a manager, who called me by name to verify my order. I said yes and I was off to table with sauces in tow. All I can say is that the snack tacos, fries and churro were delicious, fresh and filling. I tried all the sauces and settled on scorcho being my favorite. I am delighted that we have this Del Taco in our midst.

Food is great and service was good. Portions are large and the food is crazy fresh. Has a bad rating because someone added it to Google before it was opened. Del Taco should delete those ratings.

I only come here for tacos so be aware that's what I'm reviewing here. The American hard shell tacos are good and have plenty of ingredients on them. My favorite by far however is the AlPastor Street Tacos. They are as close to Mexican style as you can get without going to an actual Mexican restaurant. You Must try them! I recommend this establishment.
