50% of the time they run out of/dont have the classic donuts. I don’t care but my son loses it every time we go through and leave empty. One thing I’ll never understand is when I ask for an iced coffee and I’m in a rush and just say with sugar and don’t specify liquid sugar they put normal sugar and it doesn’t disintegrate. I never want to wait in the line again to fix my order with screaming kids in the car. I will say the ladies are always really nice occasionally there’s the same one girl that sounds like she hates life and is miserable but I get it. Love their hot cappuccinos and frozen coffees. Donuts could have more filling in them.

I want to love this Dunkin because I love the one in Deland so much but they take forever. Usually the morning crew is slightly faster. A lot of times my drink is made wrong, I’ve seen people there with no hair net or hair protection and even grabbed my donut with gloves they handled cash in. Not to mention the hashbrowns are usually not crispy and taste kinda stale. This has happened multiple times. I'm disappointed because I am a Dunkin girly and this is the closest one to me :(

This is the dunkin closest to my job and I go there pretty often since there’s no other ones on my way to my work, but my drink is always made wrong all I ordered was a large iced Carmel coffee with less milk I don’t mind getting let in my cup that’s not what I was trying to do It’s just how I want my coffee and they gave me TWICE in a row pretty much and entire cup of milk with barely any coffee it was such a light brown color….all the employees act like they hate there job there incredibly rude and non patient another occasion weeks ago I had a girl pretty much throw my drink out the window she wasn't looking she was turned around and my drink spilt all over me and my car she had turned around by this point no I’m sorry or drink re made or even just a couple napkins just stared at me and I drove away. My husbands croissant is always black and burned it used to be fine and I would just deal with these things but it’s getting to a point where it is a waste of money. I will no longer be coming here.

I have been coming to this DD for several years and I have to say most of the personnel are very nice! Jackie at the window is terrific! And on the weekend Tripp is great!! And Liz makes the BEST drinks! However...there are a few that need to step it up. They need to have better customer service and also have a neater cleaner appearance!! I have only one BIG problem with the food and that is with the Snackin Bacon. It is overly priced for the amount of bacon you get! They seemed to serve less and less in the little bag. I will be limiting my orders on that until something changes! A big thumbs to the employees doing such an awesome job! Thank you 🥰

Today i waited on line for 10 minutes in the store. I wanted 2 egg cheese wraps. Finally getting to register was told ovens were not working. I understand things break. Why is it so hard to put a sign up saying oven is broken no hot food. ??
I miss the old rewards for free coffees. The new point system is greedy and takes forever. I have been to this Dunkin about 8-10x and they have forgotten either a sandwich or donut 3 out of those times. Check your food! The donuts are typically stale but there aren't many donut places nearby. I also don't think this Dunkin is given the "specialties" on time or at all like other stores (Halloween buckets, holiday sprinkles, etc) because they never have it in stock.
