I have been coming to this DD for several years and I have to say most of the personnel are very nice! Jackie at the window is terrific! And on the weekend Tripp is great!! And Liz makes the BEST drinks! However...there are a few that need to step it up. They need to have better customer service and also have a neater cleaner appearance!!
I have only one BIG problem with the food and that is with the Snackin Bacon. It is overly priced for the amount of bacon you get! They seemed to serve less and less in the little bag. I will be limiting my orders on that until something changes!

Today i waited on line for 10 minutes in the store. I wanted 2 egg cheese wraps. Finally getting to register was told ovens were not working. I understand things break. Why is it so hard to put a sign up saying oven is broken no hot food. ??

I miss the old rewards for free coffees. The new point system is greedy and takes forever. I have been to this Dunkin about 8-10x and they have forgotten either a sandwich or donut 3 out of those times. Check your food! The donuts are typically stale but there aren't many donut places nearby. I also don't think this Dunkin is given the "specialties" on time or at all like other stores (Halloween buckets, holiday sprinkles, etc) because they never have it in stock.

I have been going to Dunkin’ Donuts for years. I’ve been in the food industry for 15+ years. I would be embarrassed as a company, a manager, a general manager, a director of operations and a ceo to have employees like the ones that work here. Their attitudes are very dismissive and rude. We went twice, and both times we weren’t greeted much less with a smile. Very dry and abrupt. When asked how many shots go into an americano we got the response I don’t know by the same person who prepared them. Another time we asked for extra cups since there were no sleeves so it wouldn’t burn our elders hands and the lady stared and scowled at us until we left. While waiting for our drinks they are dropping and slamming things, tossing it around etc. I understand being “weeded” but to have a disgusting attitude is something else. If they can’t handle the early hours hire someone that can. And it wasn’t just one person it was a couple. That is the face of your company and it shows. It’s absolutely miserable.

Drive thru. Asked for no whip and oat milk

Gave me full whip. I rejected it, they sent it back with the "wipped" off. I rejected it again I said make me a new one please
