I ordered the snack and bacon again and once again $20 worth of bacon with no glaze on it.I don't know how many times they're going to serve me poorly made food. This place is terrible. Don't both going it's more aggravation than it's worth.

I go here regularly, and really only have. A few complaints. First, Jasmine needs to be taken off the driver thru intercom. She's always yelling and being rude. Second, the staff needs to pay attention to the orders, I've had it several times where they didn't add anything to my coffee. And lastly, I know the kid is new to Dunkin, possibly his first job... But he doesn't listen when customers tell him they don't want the receipt, and the way he hands orders to customers is very awkward and makes it to where you almost drop your drinks and orders, just by the way he aggressively (almost throwingly) passes the orders out the window. They need to put someone else there

First off that Jasmine lady is rude and very hostile towards coworkers and customers, I went in the other day and I’ve seen employees walk out due to how she treats them and I don’t blame them for walking out. You don’t disrespect or humiliate coworkers in front of guests, I don’t know how she is still employed while good employees are quitting due to her attitude. I’m appalled the GM allows this behavior! Worse part I mentioned this at my office and they knew who I was talking about, it is sad that this place it’s known by a bad employee!

Was waiting in the drive through for almost 20 minutes and when I tried to pay for the people behind me the Manager said their total had not popped up yet so when the cashier came back, I asked him how much was the order behind me and the manager started running her mouth saying I wouldn’t lie to you about the order not being up yet. I said I’m just trying to pay for the order behind me and she said the total wasn’t up yet and at that point I left because she kept running her mouth. Horrible Service takes so long for them to make a drink, and the manager has a bad mouth on her.

Stopped in today, November 2 about 430 this afternoon. The coffee was reasonably priced. My husband and I both got a cup. It was fresh and nice and hot. The people at the counter were very nice and I did appreciate the service I received. Thank you. Please have a great DEAL on your coffee bean ? for the holidays 4/$20 like it use to be! I will buy CASES

Morning crew is awesome. Whatever crew was working 11/2 630pm was horrible. Messing around in the store instead of taking care of customers. Making comments on the drive thru line. Got our order completely wrong when we asked to have it fixed they just laughed.
