First Watch

AC water dripping on customers. When we told the waitress she said that was "the third time today." They never cleaned it up even though waitresses were having to walk through. When the manager came by he said "it's just a little condensation."

Ordered take out. They barely put any food in the container and did not put my bread that THE MEAL COMES WITH in the container either. Every single time I’ve ordered takeout from First Watch something is wrong with my order. Very annoying very disappointing. I love First Watch but they are terrible with take out orders.

Really good fresh food, large menu for breakfast and brunch. Closes around 2pm I think. The iced tea was good also. Gave us plenty of Lemons too. Service was pleasant, efficient and with a smile.

Very disappointed today. This place is one of my favorite places to eat and it’s not cheap. Both waitresses were rude as if I was bothering them had to send the food back because it wasn’t right and still wasn’t right the second time but decided to give up. I’m honestly not sure I’ll even go back after this horrible experience.

A horrible experience today. We’ve been to this location many times, but after today, it will be a while before we come back. We were seated immediately, but had to wait for anyone to come to our table for 5 minutes. Finally we had to flag someone down. The food was sub par. Avocados in the avocado toast weren’t mashed. Just big chunks. We ordered a blueberry muffin but got a blueberry pancake instead. Once we received the muffin, the server never returned to ask if all was okay. We wanted butter for the muffin. We ran out of coffee. The server never came back to the table to check with us. We never did know our server’s name until our bill came with her name on it. The bill was also incorrect. Very disappointing.
