I handed my allergy card to the nice lady at the front and she showed me which items I would be able to have safely which was most of the menu. (I can't remember off had which items I couldn't) Allergies: gluten and gluten containing grains, soy, peanut, Tree nut except for coconut, sulfate, msg. The potato was cooked perfectly as was the broccoli and mushrooms. The shrimp was chef kiss perfect texture and the seasoning sent me back to my childhood family get togethers on my sister's side of the family.
