Giuseppe's Steel City Pizza

I absolutely love “The Pittsburgher” Extreme. Their loaded fries are another huge hit for me. We dine in and do take-out. The atmosphere is clean, comfortable with the Pittsburgh industrial appeal. Great place for families and all ages. If you are in the area, put it on the “to-do” list!

Very rude girl picked up the phone and told me it was going g to be an hour. I canceled the order and requested a manager. Was told manager was busy. Shawn “the manager” got on the phone with me and told me he is very busy and I was bothering him. Stay away from this place. Customer service and food is not worth your time, or your kindness. Do not give them your business.

Beautiful building and nice atmosphere. When we went, we were excited to try their pizza. I love how they cater to children, letting them see the pizza as it's made, and even giving kids some dough to play with. Unfortunately, the pizza was mediocre. They weight, very precisely, how much of each ingredient they put on the pizza. This is a pizza!!! Throw the toppings on. To say the least, the pizza was not up there as some of the best I've ever had. It was not bad, but it was forgettable. And for the price, it left a lot to be desired.

We just shared a great pizza at Giuseppe’s, excellent. Helpings are substantial,,5)3 food arrives on time and hot, and is delicious. Also the service was spot on. We have been before and we will definitely go again, well done Giuseppe’s!

We came to Giuseppe’s pizza today at 7:20 for a 7:30 “reservation” we waited and got sat right at 7:30 awesome!! It took our server, I think her name was Jennifer, however 5 minutes to acknowledge us then another 6 minutes to even come back to ask for drinks. Once we orders our cheesy bread app and our pizza, I asked for 1/4 black olives and mushrooms, she told us they don’t do 1/4 pizza, but the menu says otherwise. We got both at the same time after waiting with our hungry toddler for around half an hour. She brought us extra plates and never came back to check on us. I had to stop her for my own refil. After that we had to stop her again for our boxes, after receiving our boxes and putting our marina in the container we noticed ANTS on the lid of our Togo container. This is ridiculous and disgusting. We will not be back for a while.

We got some appetizers to start and they were actually really good. The garlic parm wings were yummy and the garlic knots were soft instead of dry and hard like some other places. They weren’t giant wads of plain dough which we appreciated. The pizza was the letdown though. We’ve tried a lot of spots around the Daytona Beach and Port Orange area and this one just didn’t compare. Dont get me wrong the crust was yummy perfect amount of dough not too thick but the red sauce was insanely watery and had no flavor and even made the crust soggy underneath after about only 15-20 minutes. Some toppings kept sliding off because it was so wet and we got sausage on half of it but it was barely there we actually had to look for it cause there was only 1 or 2 tiny thin slivers on each slice. We ended up loading up on leftover marinara, parmesan, and red pepper flakes just to get some taste.

Our waitress was great though! She was really nice and made sure we had everything we needed. We’d come back for the appetizers or to give the pastas and sandwiches a try but probably not for the pizza unless the sauce improves which was pretty disappointing cause that was the main thing we came for.

We went with our family of seven to Giuseppe's Steel City Pizza for the opening Steelers game on September 7th 2025! We had such an amazing time... our waitress was fantastic and the food was overwhelmingly good and plentiful especially the pizza. We watched the entire game there from start to finish and had a fabulous time cheering with all of the Steeler fans at the other tables. We will definitely be going back soon for another outstanding celebration for the Steelers football team

The food and service were great! I can’t wait to go back to Daytona so I can go to Giuseppe’s!!
