The only place this place is headed is down hill. Bring back the curly fries, bring back the Apple BBQ sauce, because these changes are for the worst. I stopped ordering drinks from here because it was always not what I ordered, and I stopped ordering the fry sauce because the last 4x I ordered it I never recieved it. The chicken is unappealing, it looks like it's been sitting in the sauce for so long that the chicken started absorbing the sauce, making it look dry and mushy. I don't understand what happened with ya'll. The overall quality of this place has definitely dropped in the last 6mths, surely you could do better this? For reference, I've been a customer here for 1+ years. I order delivery, so I know it's not gonna be as fresh as in store but this just isn't acceptable anymore.

In the past, we got boneless wings which were crispy, with plenty of sauce and tons of curly fries. It's been a while since we ordered and it seems things have changed, and not for the better. This time, the boneless wings weren't crispy and appeared to have been warmed in the microwave, there was no sauce, just what appeared to be a dry rub and I guess they dont even offer curly fries anymore. We were so disappointed. They used to have pretty good food. It's a shame.

Ordered pickup. Said it would be ready at 345pm. I received a text at 351pm that my order was ready. I arrive at 356pm and text the link they sent me and my parking spot. I sat waiting until 415pm then went in. There was some HS kid standing by the door to bring out orders but she was on her cell phone. Older lady at the desk gave me my order off of the shelf. These people don't know what they are doing. Idiots!

I have been craving wings so I figured I’d try It’s Just Wings. My purchase was for pickup. I ordered 2-16 count wings. The first was split between Tennessee Hot (not hot at all) and the second was Buffalo medium which looked like a cayenne pepper dry rub and tastes like it. The other order was a 16 count Buffalo Wings that looked ok but had no taste at all. I called and spoke with a Manager that said he could do something if I gave him my email. He wanted me to re-order, I told him no sorry I won’t do that. I will not order from just wings again. First and last time.

Not once but twice there won't be a third time I will never order from this place ever again how can you mix up garlic Parmesan wings with buffalo I ordered garlic Parmesan and got buffalo not once but twice either these people don't know how to read or they just don't
We had lunch at Chili's for our anniversary today. We were seated right away by Melissa. She's very friendly and personable and gave us great service. I haven't had a steak in ages and ordered the ribeye. It was delicious and cooked to perfection (medium). The person that cooked it knows how to cook a steak. My husband had a half rack of baby back ribs which he thoroughly enjoyed and stated they were very meaty.

Yo these reviewers must be some picky people or something. The wings are great, if you order "boneless" and think they're not gonna be be "basically chicken tenders" then you are the problem.I can agree with "soggy fries" but seems like they fixed that."not enough sauce", how can you even think that? Maybe a bad order, there's loads of sauce.I like the food, my only complaint is sometimes I don't get my extra ranch when I order from doordash.

2/7/23: We stopped in for lunch and I saw the pick three for $10.99 and got lemonade, a bowl of soup and a cheese burger with crispy French fries and all of it was great. The French fries was awesome but I had to specify crispy. My wife got the buffalo chicken salad and said it was good but a little spicy.

I ordered for the first time. The plastic container was melted like it was microwaved. Hopefully it didn't melt on my food. Fries were stale, chicken needs more flavor. I'm not impressed.....had better.

Kind of dissapointed by the wings I've received on Doordash. Just payed 20 dollars for what is basically overglorified chicken tenders. These aren't "wings" they have absolutely little to no sauce and are absolutely way bigger than your average boneless wing. Fries are pretty good though so I'll give 2 stars. If you guys wanted to raise the 2.1 review average coat your wings in a little more than the bare minimum and stop putting the growth ray on these "wings" because I don't even think I can fit half of these in my mouth without chewing adleast once.
