We had an issue with our pickup order that was a bit of a sticky issue since we had already taken our order home and this Jet’s went above and beyond to make things right.We had ordered a cheese bread but it didn’t list parmesan in the ingredients which i would have removed as my husband eats things really plain. I called after we got home and realized the WHOLE cheese bread was covered in parmesan which made it totally inedible to him. The manager got on the line and was extremely apologetic about the situation and offered for us to come back, when i explained the drive was a bit far and that he wasn’t willing to come back, they offered to make things right by DELIVERING our pickup order!! how amazing of them!!! i really can’t thank them enough for such great service, this was really really appreciated of them.
