Average. Not a place you want to sit and have your lunch. Ingredients pretty basic. Nothing sets apart from any other chain. It's ok if you want a quick sandwich for lunch

Decided to try Jimmy John’s because they advertised the New option to Toast subs. After ordering and Paying for my food, the guy making it tells me he WON’T toast my sandwich (and Not because the toaster is broken or anything like that) and when i asked Why he got/gave me Major attitude‼️…Of course when i then asked to speak with a manager HE [supposedly] Was the manager. 🙄

Never going back there again.

We hurried there, but we got there 23 minutes before they close. Nice young man was making my three subs and then the drive-through guy comes over and starts trying to hurry him up and he’s gonna help him and starts handling the sub with no gloves and he’s working the drive-through and I saw him take money And then I said something and then he’s loud and argumentative so I told him just to keep the subs and I wasn’t going to even attempt to get a refund because he was argumentative when I nicely said please I don’t want that sub because you’re making it without any gloves on and you just worked the drive through.
So with a 10% tip and $31 then we get to go home with no subs because you couldn’t pay me to eat it there now

Jimmy John’s commercials always brag about being strict with their delivery zones — if you’re just a few steps outside, no delivery. I get it, rules are rules.

But when I showed up at 8:50 p.m., I was told the store was closed and that they were already deep cleaning the oven. The posted hours say they close at 9. If you can be strict about delivery boundaries, you should also be strict about your own closing time. Open until 9 should mean open until 9 — not shutting down 10 minutes early.

Haven't had jj in along time, drove to this jj and no bread...wraps, wheat only. i asked it I could toast the wheat. Answer was no. Who ever heard of a sub shop that has no bread. I'm done with jj

I had a very positive experience here with an employee Julie. She was very friendly and personable. She went above and beyond to ensure I left happy. The sandwiches were great and were exactly what I ordered. My family and I will be coming to this location from now on. I recommend to anyone that is in the mood for a sandwich to come here.

First time at JJ's. Got tuna sub --meh. But asked for small cup for water (have small dog). Drove away, stopped to eat sub and looked at receipt. Charged 99 cents for empty cup. Really?(Never an empty cup charge at McDonald's or Subway)First and last time at JJ's.
