Freaky slow delivery, took over an hour to get two subs.
Been going there since it first opened but since it's changed ownership my orders are rarely correct, I asked for extra lettuce don't get it, I asked for it to be cut in half doesn't happen, it's a shame I won't be going there as much until they get it right

Took over an hour for delivery. I called twice for an update. The young lady on the phone ended up yelling over the phone and arguing with me. I told her had I known it would take that long I would not have ordered the food. Somehow that turned into me needing to send her people looking for a job since she only has one delivery driver, and a "...what do you want me to do about it?" Well arguing with a customer and yelling won't fix the issue. I also apparently need to order earlier in the day if I need a sandwich for lunch. Who plans a sandwich earlier in the day? ESPECIALLY from a company that is "freaky fast." I'll stick to door dash and order something that is fast, and no one yells at me.

I got the Jimmy Cubano and they put one slice of meat on it. They also forgot to add the pickles. This sandwich is not worth $8. Check your sandwich before you leave so you can complain to them about it.

Wish they had negative stars. Went to new Jimmy Hulus in New Smyrna Beach. Could be the worst dining experience of my life. The manager did not even have the balls to come out and discuss it with us. Everyone around us was complaining. This place will never make it here unless they get new management. I will warn everyone I know about this place. New Smyrna Beach does not need this place. Go down to Yellow Dog for good service and food.
