Can’t Say I had a Happy Experience Here, Their App doesn’t Work Well, Can’t Order Before they Open like Dominos does!! Then I Called the order in when they opened & thought it would be ready, when I got there, but, NO, I had to tell them all over again & had to wait! KFC needs to IMPROVE BIG TIME! Won’t be Returning!! CHICK FILA IS WHERE I WILL GO!! 👎🏻

If I could rate this a -10, I would I’ve been working all day. I’m hungry I haven’t eaten all day. This is the second day now. I pulled up at KFC at 9:54 and they shut the lights off outside and never took my order and then I go there today and all they have left is chicken tenders Pies and that’s it so I guess I went with the chicken sandwich. They threw so much mayonnaise on there. It was more mayonnaise than there was the food. The mashed potatoes were dried out. The food was cold. The bread was hard. I couldn’t even eat the food. I threw the whole meal away, and the soda was flat.

We went inside to order. No one came to counter to take our order. 10 minutes went by and still no order taker. The young man helping in the drive-thru came by several times and ignored us. I finally asked him if someone could help us and he rudely said that the drive-thru was backed up and he couldn't help us. That, that was his priority!. There were other people in the back just walking around not doing much. We go to this location once a week. The regular manager left here and was transfered to the Granda location. Things are falling apart since he has been gone, 2 weeks. The floors were dirty in the kitchen with cups and pieces of paper all over. Needless to say we won't be going back to this location.

I was excited to try again, after many years. Disappointed. Very Greasy, 2 piece fried chicken with all crust, no meat and cold fries. The other meal was a nugget bowl with cheese, gravy, and overcooked fries. Nuggets overcook, soggy, too much cheese, and too much gravy. Both meals were unbelievably loaded with salt. Cold Slaw was good. Expensive. Lunch was $20.00 plus. Not clean, moody, unfriendly front counter person, and the cook was as well. Will Never go back.

You guys are fing morons. Can not read receipts. They are so quick to take your order and pull you forward and when you ask to put condiments in the bag they don't because someone else brings the food out to you. 3rd time this has happened to me and last time
