If I could rate this a -10, I would I’ve been working all day. I’m hungry I haven’t eaten all day. This is the second day now. I pulled up at KFC at 9:54 and they shut the lights off outside and never took my order and then I go there today and all they have left is chicken tenders Pies and that’s it so I guess I went with the chicken sandwich. They threw so much mayonnaise on there. It was more mayonnaise than there was the food. The mashed potatoes were dried out. The food was cold. The bread was hard. I couldn’t even eat the food. I threw the whole meal away, and the soda was flat.

We went inside to order. No one came to counter to take our order. 10 minutes went by and still no order taker. The young man helping in the drive-thru came by several times and ignored us. I finally asked him if someone could help us and he rudely said that the drive-thru was backed up and he couldn't help us. That, that was his priority!. There were other people in the back just walking around not doing much. We go to this location once a week. The regular manager left here and was transfered to the Granda location. Things are falling apart since he has been gone, 2 weeks. The floors were dirty in the kitchen with cups and pieces of paper all over. Needless to say we won't be going back to this location.

I was excited to try again, after many years. Disappointed. Very Greasy, 2 piece fried chicken with all crust, no meat and cold fries. The other meal was a nugget bowl with cheese, gravy, and overcooked fries. Nuggets overcook, soggy, too much cheese, and too much gravy. Both meals were unbelievably loaded with salt. Cold Slaw was good. Expensive. Lunch was $20.00 plus. Not clean, moody, unfriendly front counter person, and the cook was as well. Will Never go back.

You guys are fing morons. Can not read receipts. They are so quick to take your order and pull you forward and when you ask to put condiments in the bag they don't because someone else brings the food out to you. 3rd time this has happened to me and last time
Clean good food good service the mashed potato bowl is the it's freaking fantastic go have a bowl eat a biscuit keep on going back to KSC they're delicious

Wife went there to get a bucket today at 5pm was told they had no chicken ready. How at 5 supper time no food. So was told if you wanted extra crispy it be 45min original 30min. She got the original bucket $40 the chicken was not freshly cooked looked reheated very mushy and oily threw it away eat the sides and biscuits. Don't waste your $
Stop at 5PM this evening was told they have no chicken ready if you wanted extra crispy it be 45 minute wait. It's supper time and you have nothing ready. Got original took 30 minutes ridiculous this place has went to Hattie's in a hand bag.
My mother and I drive about 25 miles to eat at this location, once you eat here you’ll never eat at any other KFC!

Edit: I come back to dine in and they are open for that, gladly. Despise the slow & stupid service. I can tell they have a busy night, understandable. The chicken actually tastes better than the other one. I guess the cooks here follow procedure strictly. Good job!
