Ordered delivery and did not receive all of my order. I called the restaurant and the worker admitted she forgot to send my pizza with the driver but said there wasn’t anything she could do to help me. She told me to try and contact the delivery driver and see if they would come back and get it. She also would not give me my money back for the item. She said she doesn’t handle these situations and would have manager call me but didn’t know when manager would be back. She admitted it was her mistake but she couldn’t help to correct it. I do not recommend this restaurant. Poor customer service.

I used doordash to get my food ordered and the food was delivered hot and ready. I got the chicken fettuccine alfredo and it was so amazing. I truly appreciate your delicious food. The garlic knots were a little chewy but maybe it was a off night, so i will give the garlic knots another chance! ?Thank you all again for serving the community with delicious Italian food.

I’m a big time pizza nerd and really loved the pepperoni pizza and garlic knots. It’s chilly out tonight so we were wanting a warm pizza and gave Luigi’s a try. I placed an order and was ready in 15 min, very quick. Totally hit the spot and will be coming back for more. Next time though I’ll be requesting for it to be a bit more well done so it’s a little crunchier toward the center, but that’s just my preference! Still a solid 5/5 ?

I order food from here at least once a week, not including my job and my friends that love this place because I told them about it. I ordered a pizza tonight. I received the pizza and it was cold. To top it off, I had ordered a Tiramisu, it had a really long white hair in the cream. Almost threw up. I call the restaurant but apparently they close at 9. If you’re going to take a delivery close to closing, there should be someone there to make sure delivery and food was on point. I’ll have to think about ordering here the next time.
