This place is a gem on Flagler ave! From their fries to subs to the amazing bread! Defiantly my favorite spot when in town! Will be back

My husband (who is African American) went in the restaurant today and the woman working went in the back when he walked in and wouldn’t serve him! We will not be coming back and I am letting friends and family know! This is unacceptable!

Placed an order on 11/15 at 8:50 pm for a pick up order on 11/16 for 9 am. Walked in there and the food was not ready. We were advised that we needed to wait 15-20 mins since there were orders ahead of us and because the gentleman was the only person working. Btw there was another man in the back that could’ve helped this young guy. WHAT IS THE POINT OF CALL AHEAD ORDERING? Especially the day before. I will never return to this location. I should have just went to the NSB location but figured I’d give this location a try and this was the outcome. The food should’ve been ready!!

Oh and we also left a $2 tip in support of the business however , we didn’t get serviced. Keep the $2. DON’T go to this location.

My husband had the pastrami on gluten free bread and I had the stallion Italian sub on regular sub and it was fantastic! Their French fries are so good. We also bought a tin of chicken salad and one of tuna salad and both were excellent. The place is what you expect of a deli, and very clean. They have a wide menu that I'm sure we will have fun experiencing with since they also have salads, wraps, etc. Love it, love it!!!

When they opened food was killer !! But today was so disappointing that I had to return my whole Coney Island !! Last year my pastrami on rye bread had twice the meat as today !! Even the sauerkraut was almost nonexistent!! It’s cabbage for god sake!! So call me silly but I did return it with my phone # on the wrapper for the owner to call also didn’t want my money back !! I think that’s more of a complaint then getting my $ 25 back so moral of the story check your food before you leave !! Waiting for the owner to call me back !! I should have realized when there was no line as I walked in the door that something huge must have happened !! Also the young man that took care of my order was great, very polite !! Was not his fault !! I’m comparing it to jimmy John’s with better bread !!

Food is okay but don’t buy the cakes ! I purchased a red velvet cake after specifically asking the young lady were the cakes at least “fairly “ fresh as I assumed cakes aren’t baked daily! Of course I get home take a bite and not only was it disgusting after further inspection it appears the white cream has started browning on the edges from age ! ?

Again I’ve never had an issue with the food but this cake experience has soured my opinion of this business!
