Stop by at 12:10 pm order double cheeseburger & medium coke, double cheeseburger was really bad to salty and bad taste. Who ever made that sandwich needs more training, I been coming here for years first time this happened. Just a heads up

Really improved versus the last year. Every now and then you will have slow service but not too often. And Emilio is really awesome.
The owners of this place need to make a surprise visit. Homeless people sleeping in the tables, kids coming in and taking up table just to play on their phones, and at no point did they order any food. People coming in with 7-11 big gulp cups and getting free sodas. Groups of old men at the tables using the most vile, filthy language that would make a sailor blush. The lady at the register spends more time in the lobby socializing while a lind of customers have to wait. Why have a sign up saying no loitering after 30 minutes if you let so many homeless people hang out and PAYING CUSTOMERS have no where to sit. Does this place even have a manager?

First time here on our way back home to miami and from the time we walked in a gentleman named Dwayne(sorry if I misspelled it) greeted us with the warmest smile! He made this fast food dining a wonderful experience. You don't find great customer service like this often. He was quick to assist and help clean up after. You can tell he is genuinely kind in nature. The young lady at the cashier was also nice and kind. The food was good and fries were HOT and fresh! This place deserves this long review. Keep up the great work and kudos to the management team! (12/28 @11:10am EST)

Always good food but today was my first time ordering through their mobile app. Will never use it again, they forgot my large fry. My advice, order while you’re there and don’t use the mobile app.
