At 6:20pm on March/15/2026 I was extremely blessed to have been serviced by a gentleman that I believe to be a manager (big ole’ jolly fella) and a cashier at first drive thru window! Not sure who owns this particular location, but you’re extremely blessed to have these (2) Team members! (I know the importance of maintaining the best customer service index possible and what it takes to make that happen … and these 2 brought it in spades)

Very disappointed. Not only do I have to spend new years sick at home but I thought it would be nice to run up to McDonald’s and grab food with my daughter and make the best of it. Then, I had an issue with my order and the code but I just ignored it as it happens. Then, I went to the second window to just grab my order and leave. The girl was extremely rude and I just asked for a cup holder and sauce she stated you have it already and we don’t have any. The tone and the eye rolling was uncalled for. I did call and speak to the manager she said she would handle it. Fine no worries. Thinking we could go home and finally just enjoy the evening no. My daughters happy meal had 3 nuggets. No sauce, I was missing my extra six piece, and my burgers were hard and made completely wrong. Ended up throwing out the entire order and ordering a pizza.

Rude Blonde Closing Manager was charged .70 for my drink to be upgraded to tea to find out they are sold out of tea I SIMPLY asked for my .70 cents back and a different drink she handed me .07 cents and when i asked for 3 sauces instead to cover the .70 and i was gonna give back the .07 she closed the window on me I sat at the window for around a min while she stared at me and just gave up used to be a really good location
