If I could give this sorry excuse of a “FAST food” restaurant zero stars, I would. Instead of going to a sit down restaurant, I decided to get some food to go because my family and I were watching the Florida-Auburn Final Four Basketball game. So we wanted to something quick. I pulled to the drive through lane and there’s no one there. I give my order and go to the window to pay. So far, so good. When I get to the window to pick up my order, the 13 year old girl that they had on the wi die tells me to park because (and this is a direct quote), “We’re starting to cook the meat and the nuggets.” So I pulled into one of their designated parking spots to wait. After 15 minutes, I went in and another girl tells me “we’re making it right now.” I went back to my car and after 7 more minutes and walked back in with my drinks and asked for new ones as the ones I had were water to dye the ice completely melting. I get new drink and 5 minutes later they bring my order. So, my “fast food” order took 27 minutes. No apologies or even an acknowledgement of the absurd service. By the way, as I expected, ALL the burgers were cold. This McDonald’s location is garbage, as well as their service.

This was by far the worst experience of my life , i went through the drive through and pulled around to a heavy set girl who asked for my ID for purchasing French Fries through my mobile app, then she proceeded to not give my card then I had to ask for it then she proceeded to wave my card and receipt in my face. Then I forgot a French Fries I pulled around again just to get denied service. I asked for a manger just for them to tell me I was being rude to there employees and that they were going to have to deny my service, furthermore the man who told me he was manger had to hold back the young lady from charging at me through the window when I was explaining what was happening.

I live in Ormond Beach the mcdonald's near me can NEVER get my order right it's the same order every time I go plain double hamburger and cheeseburger only Ketchup. Even tho it's a good 15 min or more drive my food is more fresh and presentable than the one by my home that's 5 min away. The crew is very friendly and my order has yet to be given to me wrong which is a huge win.

Shae is very rude to customers and thinks that she can be disrespectful to elderly people when they come through the drive through by themselves this is something that should be addressed before it becomes a bigger issue not a great face for your company

I don't know why anyone would go to this McDonald's. I order on the app and still have to tell them my order no less than 3 times. Once in the drive thru, then at the first window and then at the 2nd window . Then they tell me to park and wait. They bring my drink first and then go back in to get my chicken McNuggets. Terrible service at this location. Long wait time. No urgency to get your order to you. Used the mobile app and after waiting in the designated spot for 15 minutes, i went in the drive thru and was told to wait in the spot while all the cars in drive thru were served and done. Waitied in the spot for 5 more mins but no came out so i left. I'm deleting the app and I'm done with McDonald's as there are plenty of other places to get coffee. Epic fail McDonald's!!!!

Called to ask which toy was available and employee was happy to answer question, unlike Neville location where I was LITERALLY told "they don't have time to find out, just come in". Place was clean and customer service great

Absolutely favorite mcdonald’s until this past month or so.. even use to work there. Unsure of why my mcdonald’s double cheese burger was swimming in sauce so badly i knew it before i even started to unwrap the wrapper. The salt had so much salt on mine and my daughters fried it was completely inedible but i’m on my way to an appointment with enough time to eat and go in.. NOT ENOUGH TIME TO TURN AROUND. It’s as if I pissed them off? Not sure how?! My apologies but absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention lately the first thing i hear at the speaker when i pull up is “yeah” or “what do you want” or “whenever your ready”
i remember who my bosses were.. the owners?? i’m confused 😂 are the owners even the same anymore because WOW the best mcds is going down it seems.
