Check your order twice! This place couldn't get the simplest of orders correct. Every single time I visit this location, they invent new ways of messing up my order. I used to work here 20 years ago, and it was run so well. Now, a simple order of 2 value meals is a disaster waiting to happen. Check your order before driving away.

I rarely complete reviews. I placed an
Order through the app. for the drive thru, the only open lane had several cars waiting to order and it took forever to receive my order.

Tonight, I figured I’d place the mobile app order for pick up thru curbside. I selected parking spot #4 and waited about 5 minutes. After no food was received, I called the restaurant. The lady said the order has to be “staged” (whatever that means). She said I needed to select a parking spot number spot number. I told her I selected #4 on the app and it’s where I was parked. I requested bbq sauce and she said okay. After another 5+ minutes, I tried to call the office but after 4 rings, the call went to voicemail. I called back about 3 more times and the call went straight to voicemail. Btw, I noticed the location arrow went away and when I looked back at the app, it said there was a connectivity problem (after I clicked on #4 spot). It suggested that I now come into the restaurant to retrieve my order or go thru the drive thru which now had a line of at least 6 cars. As I was about to go to the drive thru, the employee brought the food. He was very polite and patient telling me to check my order to make sure it is correct. It was correct with the exception of the bbq sauce I had asked the manager over the phone to add to the bag.
Almost every night, the restaurant closes one lane so the drive thru line goes around the restaurant. If the restaurant wasn’t so close and 2 of my kids like it, I would never return. Also, what is the use in using the mobile app and you get stuck in line just like you are ordering your food at the speaker. Please improve. Give your customers all of their order at the same time and not make us park to wait on the food after handing us the drink that is getting watered down.

You'd think it would be better because it's port orange. Wrong. The worst service late night drive through yesterday night. Rude slow service, they didn't even greet me or say anything about the 20 minute wait. Super creepy sketchy rude employees.

I come to this McDonald’s all the time. Normally, it’s for lunch or dinner. This morning I came to get breakfast. I got an iced caramel macchiato with extra caramel which they charged me for it, which is fine because I know it cost extra. But when I get to the window and there’s no caramel and I asked Rex caramel and she doesn’t have to pay for it is ridiculous. I pull out the cup and My receipt and said I already paid for it and there doesn’t seem to be extra in here. The lady at the counter said I paid for extra caramel syrup not drizzle. Which at this point doesn’t make a difference when there’s no caramel in it at all. So I had to drive away because I just got done driving 18+ hours. I just find it ridiculous that when I pay for extra car mall drizzle or syrup and there’s neither in there and when I ask for more, you’re gonna tell me that I have to pay again is ridiculous

Ordered fries and a Dr. Pepper, I waited about 30 minutes. McDonald’s seems to have forgotten their place in the market. It’s slop, that used to be ok because you could eat at McDonald’s for so cheap. Now the food is practically the same price as a sit down restaurant, and maybe a longer wait. I mean seriously am I in the twilight zone.

We ordered breakfast this morning; I mean I’m not expecting perfection and I like to believe I set realistic expectations for myself and my food. When I spend money on something I’m expecting a full portion. Not the case this morning unfortunately, I purchased 2 small caramel frappes that weren’t even fully blended, there were huge ice chunks that made one of them undrinkable, AND neither of them are actually filled? Just disappointing when it’s one of the only things on the menu that should have a consistent recipe to follow every time so this doesn’t happen.

Took my order off the scree ln so they wouldnt get penalized for their numbers going up and then took 15+ minutes to get me my order of a daily double and two McChickens. Abhorrent behavior.

If I could give this sorry excuse of a “FAST food” restaurant zero stars, I would. Instead of going to a sit down restaurant, I decided to get some food to go because my family and I were watching the Florida-Auburn Final Four Basketball game. So we wanted to something quick. I pulled to the drive through lane and there’s no one there. I give my order and go to the window to pay. So far, so good. When I get to the window to pick up my order, the 13 year old girl that they had on the wi die tells me to park because (and this is a direct quote), “We’re starting to cook the meat and the nuggets.” So I pulled into one of their designated parking spots to wait. After 15 minutes, I went in and another girl tells me “we’re making it right now.” I went back to my car and after 7 more minutes and walked back in with my drinks and asked for new ones as the ones I had were water to dye the ice completely melting. I get new drink and 5 minutes later they bring my order. So, my “fast food” order took 27 minutes. No apologies or even an acknowledgement of the absurd service. By the way, as I expected, ALL the burgers were cold. This McDonald’s location is garbage, as well as their service.
