We ordered breakfast this morning; I mean I’m not expecting perfection and I like to believe I set realistic expectations for myself and my food. When I spend money on something I’m expecting a full portion. Not the case this morning unfortunately, I purchased 2 small caramel frappes that weren’t even fully blended, there were huge ice chunks that made one of them undrinkable, AND neither of them are actually filled? Just disappointing when it’s one of the only things...

I live in Ormond Beach the mcdonald's near me can NEVER get my order right it's the same order every time I go plain double hamburger and cheeseburger only Ketchup. Even tho it's a good 15 min or more drive my food is more fresh and presentable than the one by my home that's 5 min away. The crew is very friendly and my order has yet to be given to me wrong which is a huge win.
