Everytime I get meal the drink make me sick. There must be bacteria in soda machine as former manager from McDonald's i m sure thats the problem request to this franchise please keep up with cleaning of equipped thx

I would like to say that the food is awful we are highly allergic to tomatoes on anything I explained that to Raven which is the manager I've dealt with her before she is very rude she's not a good manager and from another manager's perspective as I she would not be working there

For the second time possibly 3rd I was given caffeine coffee when I asked for decaf. Once I know they thought it was funny and did it on purpose. Pretty sure if they check cameras yesterday around 9 it was done on purpose again. I have a heart condition and severe migrains. This puts me in bad shape for a full 24 hours and have had to go to the Hospital. Why do they do this? It's not a choice its a medical condition. Same as a peanut allergy.

On February 24 at 1232, I went to this location and ordered a large fry. However, when ordering the large fry, I didn't know i had to tell to not put a gum wrapper in my fry. I called the customer service line that day and was told that I'd be called that day. However, they did not call me till the next day. When I was contacted, the first thing I was asked was if I still had the fries and gum wrapper from the day before. When I told the customer service rep that I didn't they said they couldn't help me, because they needed the product to do anything, because they would need to watch the video to see what happened.
THE PLACE WAS A NEW ONE , VERY CLEAN AND GOOD SERVICE, BUT WHAT I WANT TO MENTION HERE IS NOT ABOUT THIS MACDONALDS, BUT IT IS ABOUT ALL MACDONALDS .... THE FOOD IS SIMPLY HORRIBLE, THE FRIES ARE NO LONGER THOSE MACDONALDS FRIES THAT WE USED TO LIKE, NOW THESE FRIES ARE NOT CRISPY AT ALL AND NO SALT AT ALL, THE BURGERS TASTE LIKE CARDBOARD AND HERE IN AMERICA THE BUNS ARE SWEET AND I REALLY DO NOT LIKE THAT .... IF YOU GO GO A MACDONALDS IN PORTUGAL OR IN SOUTH AFRICA, YOU WILL BE ABLE TO SEE THE DIFFERENCE .... ANYWAY, THAT WAS THE DAY I DECIDED TO NEVER GO TO A MACDONALDS AGAIN !!!

This place used to get it right but that day has come and gone.egg was cold and burnt the muffin wasn't even toast and the cheese was ice cold.absolutly crap food now.well update gave it a second chance what a waste of money.place never has a line anymore.i took the patty of my not hot sandwich and the meat was black.i held it up and could see light through the middle of it.it had no life left to it.what a shame I guess who ever owns this place figures all his other ones can carry this crap joint.

This is covert time going to this to get an happy meal, but unfortunately each time they miss some items: 1: no ranch 2: no toy, 3: no apples 4: no ranch : no toy. I agree scrincification, but cutting cost like this is annoying.
