Love Panera. Wish they'd have more than one cashier working though!

Been to different paneras
Always ask for grilled cheese.
The bread is barely toasted. Am i the only one who likes a grill cheese toasted and the cheese melted?? All paneras make grill cheese aweful.

Never again i am done

Terrible customer service…it’s almost comedy.

Every time I come to this Panera, mid morning, there is little to no more breakfast items available. They never make enough bagels to make it through the morning. Extremely disappointing.
This has been going on all year long.
Absolutely ridiculous!

Tables not clean, had to tell manager to turn on outside lights as it was pitch black outside. Food was tasteless. Had autumn squash soup with is normally great. Ciabatta toasted capresse sandwich was bland. Manager acts like he doesn’t care if anyone is here.

This was absolutely horrible....was just in NY and had the dip sandwiches..had 4 times the meat...these have nothing on them...8 tiny pieces of chicken and a sliver of roast beef on other...this is shamful...didn't even get enough dipping soup...and we ordered a large soup...wasn't even halfway full...not.even a cup for 40 bucks... never again...stay away...just horrible

I ordered the new caprese hot sandwich. When I unwrapped it there had been so much balsamic dressing put on it the bottom was soggy squishy, it was a mess. I also ordered the pomegranate hibiscus tea, what I got was a glass packed to the brim with ice and about a 1/3 of a cup of tea over it. I had the summer squash soup and it was excellent. I paid $16 for this lunch, other than the soup it was not worth it.

Food was yummy. No complaints there.

The restaurant was very cold. It was rainy so we were forced to sit inside. My wife and I were uncomfortable the entire time.

The younger blonde girl there is rude! Food was decent. All the kitchen staff seem pissed off and annoyed to have any customers in the store.
