Papa Johns Pizza

Huge shoutout to the two girls that were working the other night! We ordered online and we got there and it was packed with people waiting. Turns out we all got there at the same time bc they got us out in no time! And the pizza…I was expecting mid pizza due to the rush but that was the best pizza, cheese sticks and oreo bites I have ever had from papa john’s. Thank youuu!

I have ordered from this particular Papa John’s three times. Every time, the order tracker doesn’t work. Then when we get there to pick it up, it is never done in the time as indicated when the order was placed. The order is never correct. They either forget a sauce or flat out screw the pizzas up. And lastly, the staff seems very bothered by the fact that I was there to pick up food I ordered. They were not nice. The most recent incident happened last night when there was absolute chaos there. None of the staff seemed to know what they were doing and people were waiting for an hour and half just to get their order started after ordering online or via door dash. I obviously will not be going back, which is unfortunate because my son and I love Papa John’s. This place in Port Orange is very poorly operated by staff who do not actually want to work there. Sorry. I’m done.

I ordered a large pizza with extra sauce I don't usually order out pizza but I thought I would try Papa John's hardly any sauce on this pizza awful pizza I called to complain about it they just said sorry

I ordered PJ delivery. Order was said to be out for delivery 7:20pm. Order had been out for delivery until 8:15 got a call from driver, didn't know where S. Atlantic was. Gave directions to business store. Showed up 8:23pm. Pizza was cold and guy didn't offer change for tip and just left with all the cash. He tipped himself a heafty tip on his own accord of 60%. Be cautious.

Don’t go to this papa John’s if you want to PAY FOR extra sauces that you’ll never get. We asked if the sauce was with our food, the employee there said yes. We get home and no sauce and this is the 2nd or 3rd time ordering from this location and they never give sauces. Check your boxes in store if ordering pickup I guess.

Order Togo food. With instructions that say hand to me. Instead it's left on the ground with no knock or ringing of the doorbell. Food also not right. Was supposed to get 10 piece boneless wings, instead I get 8 bone in wings

I guess just don’t order delivery after 8 here because they automatically send it to DoorDash. I went on the papa John’s app and ordered a pizza, I went to track it a few minutes later and it took me to DoorDash. I called the store to ask why my order was sent to DoorDash (when I specifically ordered pizza so I wouldn’t have to deal with cold food… we all know how DoorDash is 90% of the time). The gentleman on the phone said “after 8:30 all orders get sent to DoorDash because there are no delivery drivers here”… I placed my order at 8:07 and I live a 1.7 miles from the store… My estimated delivery WAS 8:24 but since it was through DoorDash my delivery time kept getting pushed back and the eta was 9:34… I called the store back to cancel my order (since that’s a little too late for us to eat) and the employee on the phone very rudely said “mhm Ill cancel it.” I asked how long it would take for a refund and he just hung up on me! I wasn’t gonna even write a review but I worked at a pizza place for a long time and that’s not how you handle customers…

The Cheesy Burger Pizza is Good If you want a cheeseburger experience? It is not a Pizza flavor. I prefer the Pepperoni pizza. It is Delicious. Both pizzas were made fresh, correctly and hot when I picked them up. This location is much easier to access. The people are great. Thank You for taking Your Time to read My Review? I forgot how delicious papa John’s pizza is along with drowning myself in garlic sauce nibbling Peperoncino. Recently ordered about 3 times from this location in the past 2 weeks, don’t judge. Employees are very friendly and always quick to pass off my order with no hesitation. Gentlemen there always serves me, will edit when I go back when i remember his name. Anyways thank you for feeding our family.

Way way way over priced u can literally order from any other pizza place and get it cheaper not to mention the quality of food and service lmao honestly I hope most corporations go under we the ppl need the power again not the government and corporate world

LONG DELIVERY TIMES! They subbed out deliveries to Door dash. They will make lots of stops at other restaurants before you get your food and your pizza WILL be COLD.

Last 3 times ordering i watched the tracker zig zap for AN HOUR picking up and delivering order before i got my order. I'm 1.8 miles from the store mind you
