Seriously, quit outsourcing your delivery to doordash. Its not right to pay a delivery fee to you and then a tip upfront when the delivery driver can then take multiple orders and make you wait for other deliveries first. If I wanted to use doordash, I would.

Usually a great experience. They messed up on my order and did not give me all the food I paid for. When I called in to inform them of their mistake the manager was rude and condescending. Will be the last time spending my money in a place that doesn’t respect their customers

The last 3 times I've ordered pizza, I've ended up not getting my pizza for an hour & a half. One time pushed 2 hours. It's always cold. Only just found out they have no drivers & are letting doordashers drop food off. 😒 just overall unsatisfied with my past few experiences, & it sucks bc I typically really enjoy the food (when its done right) this time was burnt, cooked wrong on one, & cold 😭

I had a great experience when I ordered over the phone. The lady was very polite. She was just amazing. Overall great experience. The delivery guy was amazing. Really good nice Very polite guy the food was absolutely great. It was hot steaming. It was the best pizza I’ve had in a while

between the difficulty ordering on the app, not having options on the app to do my ordering, having to call the store and cancel my order because it did not accept my promo code, then having to place another order, the second time I placed my order it marked it for carry out instead of delivery so I had to drive to the store, I am officially never eating at this Pizza Hut again because of the difficulty with the app and ordering and then calling the store and waiting over 10 minutes. the employee was very nice though I can understand how difficult it must be working with the system that doesn’t work

ordered a pizza online and i checked delivery. When i paid it gave me a pickup time. I called the store and finally someone answered and i gave them the information and i was put on hold for 10 minutes then hung up on. Called back and after 4 attempts got a rude lady who said she was busy and didn’t want to discuss the issue and hung up on me. Great customer service…
