The team at this Pizza Hut is awesome! Everyone is super friendly and makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in. The service is always fast, the food comes out hot and fresh, and you can tell they really care about their customers. It’s always a great experience.

Again the biggest issue I see is the partnership between Pizza Hut and doordash. Doordash drivers don't have much incentive to do the job. Not all drivers are like this unfortunately one or two drivers spoil the whole bunch.

The worst service! We ordered dinner from here and an HOUR went by a without any update or delivery even though it said a 30 minute estimated delivery time. I call the store and it’s been ready for 20 minutes or more just sitting in a window waiting for door dash. I canceled my order and will not order from here ever again. Door dash sucks, I deleted the app from my phone because I’ve had issues in the past.
This location is the best Pizza Hut take out in the area food is always fresh and hot and prepared correctly , employees are very nice, ……do not ever ever go to the Pizza Hut take out located on Bellevue/ Clyde Morris Blvd in Publix Shopping plaza it’s horrible , But this location located on Dunlawton is a gem
Lana and Austin did a fantastic job! I did a late night order and these to rocked it out making it delicious all with a happy attitude shortly before closing they are super stars!!!

Seriously, quit outsourcing your delivery to doordash. Its not right to pay a delivery fee to you and then a tip upfront when the delivery driver can then take multiple orders and make you wait for other deliveries first. If I wanted to use doordash, I would.
