I truly love Planet Smoothie, best place ever. I traveled all the way from MN to get a smoothie bowl and a smoothie! They have the most amazing boss and the atmosphere there is AMAZING as well! Hands down will recommend Planet smoothie to anyone who visits!
I had bought a smoothie the previous day and work in the pavilion and had run out of utensils at work. I ask the girl at the counter if it was okay I take a spoon and she said it was okay (probably cause she’s seen me eat lunch there a few times). The manager Deardre says that I “convinced my friends to give me free stuff” over a spoon.. I don’t have any friends that work there I just work near there so sorry for coming in often made you believe i had friends there, but...
Owner and the entire team are super friendly, great people! They always make you feel welcome and their smoothies are the best in town. Today, Alexis helped me with my order and she was super helpful, patient and delivered excellent customer service. Great experience overall.
