The chicken breast looked like a smell thigh , the 2 chicken wings were just alright BUT the red beans and rice was fantastic . If you know me my PET PEEVE is inconsistent food. Horrible. Waited 40 minutes for my order. Order was wrong 3 times. Staff had really bad attitudes.
Adriana was a real “classy” act. Had a completely normal interaction with her when she took my order and payment but then for some unknown reason, she decides to make me wait over ten minutes for two drinks… which was weird because I received my food from her co worker in under two minutes. So for over ten minutes I watched her walk aimlessly around the floor, joke around with one of her co workers, and at one point she was just standing there watching the rest of the crew as they literally worked around her. Best part of this whole experience is when she became aggressive towards me after I questioned why I had to wait so long for my drinks when I was the only person in drive through. It’s only a matter of time before she has another mental breakdown and physically attacks someone. Trash.

The food is fine but every time I go the drive thru takes 30+ minutes at the lower end. Makes me not want to go even though I do like the food.

Twice I've done a mobile order because blackened chicken tenders take longer since they seem to be made to order. Both times I had to wait anyways bc they either didn't prepare them or gave me regular tenders. Food is great though.

The employer need to hire more staffs, the old gentleman had to be handling food & helping the drive thru cashier assisting customers while the main store line went unassisted. The service was very poor due to the lack of employees. Whoever owns this franchise needs to stop been mean with money & employ more worker. My wife & i had being waiting inline for approximately 30mins.
