Red Bowl Port Orange

After reading some good reviews I decided to try this for the first time. I can’t speak to the service or the atmosphere because I had it delivered. It was a Sunday and my go to place was closed. We got the crab rangoon, which were not great. The filling was OK but the dough did not taste good , the playboy roll, which was just OK. The spring rolls, which were soggy and tasteless, an eggroll, which didn’t have very much flavor either and some Chinese donuts, which were warm, fresh and tasty. I paid almost $67 for this order and it definitely was not worth it.

If you do food delivery beware. Every order i accept from this place has excessive wait time. Even when the restaurant is empty.

To the reviewer who said spring rolls are ‘to die for’, thank you! EVERYTHING was delicious!! Had spring rolls, romance roll, wonton egg drop soup & Mai Tai. Fast friendly service. This lunch spot gave me a wonderful day!

Been coming for years... Food is great, service fast, and servers polite and friendly. And we are picky. Just got two orders of veggie lo mein...my husband said heck..wish you'd bought me two. Food was wonderful. I had General Tso's Tofu. My wife had the General Tso's Chicken. It was worth the price. We each took half home and got a second meal out of our portions. Service was friendly and prompt.

Amazing sashimi and sushi. I didn't try anything else on the menu and so I wouldn't recommend that. But the sushi is 5*!

Avoid this place!!!
I found a little cockroach in my miso soup yesterday. I can't imagine how dirty that kitchen must be. No hygiene standards. NOTHING. I have never been so disgusted in my entire life.

That's why Google has reviews so if something's wrong it can be corrected..

Woman in lobby seemed genuinely pissed that she had guests to serve. Sat us at a visibly dirty table. Ordered water that was clearly not filtered. Everything the waitress put on the table she practically threw. She was incredibly rude. We both orderd a spicy dish that ended up being plain and disgusting. The beef was mostly fat and horriblely chewy, and the sushi special of the day was literally ineatable. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

We have been going to Red Bowl since it opened. The food is delicious. In my humble opinion, it is the best Asian restaurant in the area. Their sushi is delicious- try the Godzilla roll. The lady at the front desk was very courteous and accommodating. We went in before last minutes of closing time and they accommodated out to go order. Food was good. Service was great.
