Salsas Cocina Port Orange

I've been to Salsa's many times and was happy with the service and the food this time the service was disappointing I ordered my usual combo meal the first thing I ordered was a beef taco and then I ordered a chili relleno and chicken enchilada when the order came everything was chicken even the chile relleno which is usually cheese when the waitress came back I asked her if I could please have a beef taco because that's what I ordered and she said no you did not you ordered all chicken so basically she was calling me a liar and refused to make it right so I choked down my chicken taco my chicken chili relleno and my chicken enchilada. even if it was my mistake the waitress didn't care and refused to make it right very disappointed

Let me start with I have been to the Salsas in Daytona and it was fantastic. I came to this location in for the taco Tuesday special. Bought two large margaritas. The margaritas were almost complete tequila, very little flavor. Asked for a replacement, they tasted watered down with no flavor. My friends and I ordered the taco specials. I know it was the special, but the beef had absolutely zero flavor. I actually had to open my taco and put salt in the meat. I dont know about their other dishes but would not recommend the taco special

Food smell funny, I used to go here all the time before I moved and the service and food was great this time it wasn’t good at all. Server was very rude to our table and speaking Spanish to the others seems like about us. Will never go back

The server was very nice ordered my food with out guacamole and add refried beans, I received the guacamole and the refried beans came 3 minutes after I received my food. I told the server I no longer wanted it and the manager came out very rude saying I ordered it so I have to take it I explained that it came out late and she said don’t come here and order anything I do not want!! So do not serve anything I did not want and I was nice about it because the server was very nice. Will never go back here, because I’m black she treated me like I couldn’t pay for my food that came late smh

Usually my favorite place to go, but the other day we ordered our favorite appetizer and it was not the same as we usually get, it was very greasy and tasted greasy. We told our waitress and she tried to scoop some of the grease out and said the sausage makes it greasy, but did not offer something to replace it or take it off our bill, The tacos only come with lettuce and cheese and everything else is an extra charge, which I feel is kinda not a complete Taco. Probably going to find a different Mexican place with better food and service.

We eat at Salsas on a regular basis, often with friends. I don’t ever recall having a bad experience, they're consistently very good.
The service is always great, but Meleidy does an exceptional job. Tonight was no exception

But be confident that your experience will be good anytime you go.

To start with, every table gets chips and salsa. Sat at the full liquor bar with 8 COLD draft beers, plenty of frozen margaritas mixing as well.
Staff were pleasant and attentive.
The food was delicious .

It is very loud in this restaurant. Some of our food came out incorrect and the server had to fix it, which she did, but the service wasn't super fast.

This Mexican restaurant always delivers on flavor, friendly service and value for your dollar. Food is consistently delicioso and good portion sizes. Everything ive tried here is well done. The mexican street corn is a hit, their vegetable rice is yummy, quesadillas of several types are a good pick.

Despite 3 other nearby mexican places Salsas is the best value. Food is fresh made, chips are crispy and generous. Queso is superb. Bar is terrific.

If you want to enjoy a true Mexican restaurant this is the place. My wife and I eat here on a regular basis. The atmosphere is awesome, the food is great! High quality and generous portions every time we visit. The people are friendly and welcoming when you walk in. We are always seated very quickly. I highly recommend this restaurant. You will not be disappointed.
