I was door dashing and I had to pick up an order from this establishment for delivery, it was midnight so I was surprised to see the place was open this late during the week. I walk in and the Mr Jeffrey or whatever his name is , was standing behind the counter . He asked me what I needed , I said "I'm door Dash" he said , "what's the name?" I told him the customers name , and he said "hold on" . So I waited . He started a choking sound , and then proceeded to say something I couldn't hear , so I went to the side counter , I see a bag on the counter and he is is standing there just staring at me. I look at him and ask if the bag is the customers . He clears his throat , says "he can't talk" . I am a little thrown off by the strange interaction , so I ask again just to confirm if the bag was for doordash , as he is standing there just looking at me , very awkwardly .He then says "Yes, now get the HELL out of here." This was a very strange thing to say to someone who's doing a delivery for your company, or anyone for that matter , so I looked at him unsure if he was just goofing around or serious , I then asked him , "I'm sorry... what was that?" He then said "take it and GET THE HELL OUT OF HERE " . If this is how your treat people who come into your store for no reason , it would explain why your place was empty and why the owner is having to work late at night . I couldn't imagine being a staff member to a person this rude . What was the reason for this kind of interaction with a door dash delivery person? I'm just showing up to do a job . Had this been me from 5 years ago I would have thrown the order in your face and told your old , over weight balding a** to deliver the food yourself and keep the attitude as your tip. Learn some respect , we don't earn enough as delivery drivers to be talked to like that . "Get the hell out of here " why? In what way had I deserved that , I spoke 4 words to you , I wasn't rude , I didn't come in being disrespectful. I walked in to provide a service that your establishment uses . I was doing my job and I do it well. This man needs to get his attitude and his issues in check and not talk to anyone as if he is better . If you were better then maybe your reviews would be as well. You can always tell a fake 5 star that a family member or friend writes . It's the one that is posted to either discredit a negative review , or posted immediately after a negative review to keep the facade up. I don't know what your going through or your struggle , but it's not my problem or any one else's . I will be telling everyone not to eat here , as well as leaving this review on multiple platforms . In 3 minutes I was shown that it is possible to ruin your own business . Just follow the guidelines of this rude a** hole . Good luck , someone needs to stay home and retire already ....

Great experience at Slims BBQ as our first time. The owner was very friendly and helpful with making our dinner choices. Had pulled pork sandwiches and salad. All food items were fresh, tasty and plentiful.

The owner of this place showed me and a group my friends his ENTIRE bare rear end while the front door to his restaurant was wide open and the open sign was on. If that wasnt enough, he came across the parking lot to where my friends and I were and pushed my wife and another friend while intoxicatingly muttering something about never wanting to see us near his restaurant again. We were more than 50 yards from the front door. Order Chinese food from the place next door.
Had a barbecue pork sandwich with a loaded baked potato, awesome and huge, so full of delicious flavors!

He is a liar and steals. He careful. FYI not an ac guy. No clue what he is doing. Tried to destroy my house. Will never let Jeff and Barbie on my property again. Watch out

I ordered the rib combo on uber eats. Everything looked like it sat out all day. Except for the beans, they seemed to be fresh out of the fridge.

Although the person that attended us was a sweetheart the place did not look sanitary and sad to say the food was unpleasant. A family of four that had chicken tenders with fries, the Ribs meal and pulled pork meal. The ribs were more like shredded overcooked rib meat. The pulled pork was slabs of pork meat on bread. The corn bread were corn muffins bought from a store and the Mac and cheese was served cold. I would not visit this place again.

I went here looking for a hole in the wall BBQ joint with hopes to get some chicken gizzards or livers, and some dinner for me and my girl, I got exactly what I was looking for. The owner is super laid back he completely hooked it up and you can tell by how good the food is he loves what he's doing, it's a local gem for sure...
