Sonnys used to be reliable for friendly, fast and accurate service. But it seems like lately they are always short staffed especially for take out. Orders take a long time to get made and then there is a huge line to pick up your food and then the only girl working the counter is frazzled and hard to blame her. But that's not the customers fault. BBQ sauce packets seem to be less generous as well. Smaller in size and give you less and you have to ask. They also forgot 2 of my sides last time. Been coming here for 10+ years and has just lost its touch lately.

Worst service (or lack thereof) we have EVER had. Not once were we asked if the meal was OK or if we needed anything else. Would you like a refill on your drink or a re order of all you can eat ribs. Never ever have we been treated this way. Not how or what we expect from Sonnys or anywhere for that matter.
Amazing BBQ! Wish we had a Sonny’s in Arkansas!!! We stop here every time we travel to Florida! We always buy sauce to take home!
