“We were a party of nine on super busy night. There were a few mishaps but our server Maddie and the manager Carrie made sure our experience was a great one. Food came a little early due to a misunderstanding on the soup and salad friends ordered as entrees but they made it right for all of us!!“

“I have been a customer at your store since it opened. Here’s something that needs to be improved in your store. I frequent your store around 3-4 pm Mon - Friday the problem is I always have to wait for them to brew a whole container of your hazelnut and other coffees. The afternoon crew needs to make sure coffee is always available & hot, often it’s empty or not hot at all. I paid $5 that I closed a tip only to wait 20 minutes until I had to ask again to brew more coffee. That’s all I want is to come in an have coffee ready. I can understand maybe refilling them but this has been an ongoing problem for me as a customer. $5 and to wait for coffee that should be available at all times. I also wanted to purchase a loaf of bread 🥖, there was no bread, not even a bagel 🥯 isn’t your establishment named Panera Bread?“

“This place is awesome. The staff is very friendly, the food is awesome (hence the name). My husband loves their Fish & Chips dinner that they serve on Friday and Saturday nights, which is good because there aren't very many places that have Fish he likes around here. Their sandwiches they serve are great too. I love their BLT sandwich, which isn't on their menu anymore, but they still make it!! If you live in Ormond Beach or near it, you should definitely stop by and give them a try. You will not be disappointed. It is all cooked fresh to order, so it is always HOT and delicious!!“

Soup and Breadsticks came out piping hot and salad was nice and cold

Our server Shelby was a great server and checked on us all of the time. She was the best!!
The manager Marissa came and took great care of us as well.

“We had a great meal at Zappi's tonight. Meatball with Ricotta cheese and sauce appetizer and Lasagna, Egg Plant Lasagna for entrees with a nice house wine. Our waiter Christian was very helpful and guided us to some delicious dinners.“

I was the son of the mother who started harshly berating who I assumed the owner of the restaurant was and I would like to sincerely apologize on my family's behalf. I understand things can get hectic with an understaffed kitchen and I can tell that the owner/head chef of the restaurant puts all of his effort into the restaurant.“

“We had lunch in this Panera where as always you are fine; express cooked dishes, quality ingredients and cleanliness of the place. Low prices and great value for money. The only drawback, too cold inside the locale..il climate could be kept even a few degrees higher.“
