I come to this location because it's so close to home, but it's not worth the frustration anymore. Half the time, my pink drink is not made correctly...usually too much strawberry drink and not enough coconutmilk. It's supposed to be pink. Not dark pink. Not white. Pink. Learn to measure properly. I will go out of my way and get the drink at another location that gets it right.
They are also constantly out of food items. The last time I tried to order food the reason they gave me for being out was because they were closed this time last year. I mean, if the ordering is based on prior year historical data rather than customer demand, that's a problem. Honestly, I think it's just poor management.

Drinks were fine. Bought a gift card but the student worker who sold it to me couldn't find any gift card holders for the card. If you sell gift cards, you should have the sleeves. Store not stocked properly.

Just went here for the first time and I ordered caramel ribbon crunch and got a cup full of whipped cream. Barely anything else in it. Won’t be back ever!!

We're typically not Starbucks fans but tried going for the veterans day discount. She rung us up and forgot the discount. Not a big deal but annoyance. We then had to wait over 25 minutes for a wrong drink. We took the wrong drink and left.

Terrible service, ordered a short (8oz) hot chocolate and had to repeat the order 3 times, was still charged for a tall (12oz) and given a tall. Drive thru person seemed scatter brained and was not friendly.

At 6:45 pm on 11/2/2024 I ask for a Caramel machiata ,they said they only have regular coffee . The machine is being cleaned for the nite. I ask what time they close, they said 9pm. So I ordered nothing, isn't it to early to close the machine .

Can’t follow simple directions. White chocolate mocha frappe with a shot of espresso and no whipped cream. First one didn’t have the espresso and they both had whipped cream. The consistency is like water. I guess that’s my sign to stop going to Starbucks, waste of money.
