I ordered two polar bear cakepops from this starbucks and I was waiting for around 15 minutes and had to leave because I was going to be late for school. People were getting coffees before I was getting two cakepops.. in what world does that make sense.

Last two times I was here, there were problems in the drive thru. First time, I ordered a frappachino mocha, but they forgot the mocha. Yep, just plain-jane frap and not really frozen. Second time I was there today. The drink was really not frozen and there were a lots and lots of chocolate pieces in the bottom. I’ve been coming to this store for years, and never had any issues, ever. Hope it’s a learning curve with new staff or machine’s down but I hope it gets under control. I will say the cranberry bar today was fabulous!

I had a horrible experience at this Starbucks. I ordered my regular drink, a caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino with some modifications, since my 5 month old son is allergic to dairy and soy and of course everything I have goes through the milk and it wasn’t until I finished drinking it that I noticed this in the bottom of the drink. Needless to say I was horrified. Im especially worried since I don’t know if any chemicals in this would affect me, or even worse my baby. Im already feeling sick. I try to call and no one’s answered, I really wish someone would contact me to at least know what is inside that packet in my drink. I have been a long time Starbucks customer and I can’t believe that this happened.

This places has been pretty consistent. Really good.
I'm editing my review 7 years later. My daughter and I enjoy getting a coffee drink while we are out. It is so frustrating to pay between $5-10 and get a drink that lacks flavor and is served with a bad attitude. But when I go to Starbucks, I can be pretty sure my drink will taste a certain way and that it will be served by a friendly barista. Thank you for that!

I left a five star review of this location six years ago, but unfortunately the quality of service, food, and drinks has plummeted. Amir in particular is super rude. If you go to Starbucks in Port Orange, take the trek down to the other one. This one is terrible now.

I arrived two hours after they opened but they still treated me like I was the first one walking into the store when I asked them if they could take cash the man started yelling at me about how it was too early in the morning for him to have any change as if I know better.

I have been coming to this location consistently for the past two years and I order the same thing every time. The quality has never wavered, there has never been a hiccup with my order, and the staff are ALWAYS happy! If I could give them all a huge raise and a vacation, I would! <3
