Last two times I was here, there were problems in the drive thru. First time, I ordered a frappachino mocha, but they forgot the mocha. Yep, just plain-jane frap and not really frozen. Second time I was there today. The drink was really not frozen and there were a lots and lots of chocolate pieces in the bottom. I’ve been coming to this store for years, and never had any issues, ever. Hope it’s a learning curve with new staff or machine’s down but I hope it gets under control....

I'm editing my review 7 years later. My daughter and I enjoy getting a coffee drink while we are out. It is so frustrating to pay between $5-10 and get a drink that lacks flavor and is served with a bad attitude. But when I go to Starbucks, I can be pretty sure my drink will taste a certain way and that it will be served by a friendly barista. Thank you for that!

I have been coming to this location consistently for the past two years and I order the same thing every time. The quality has never wavered, there has never been a hiccup with my order, and the staff are ALWAYS happy! If I could give them all a huge raise and a vacation, I would! <3
