Every time I get my food over there during the day for lunch it’s amazing. However, every time I get food during their night shift they always mess up my takeout order, either by swapping the breads on my sandwiches or just missing stuff.

Never order pickup online from this location!! Ordered a footlong BLT, paid for double bacon, only had 6 raw cut thinner than lettuce slices, WASTE, paid for smashed avocado, got a finger smear of it, another WASTE! Even the toppings were non existent, trust me don’t buy a sub from this location! Even the turkey sub had a couple slices of turkey, a couple pieces of lettuce, basically eating bread. It was trash! Owner should be embarrassed.

I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Gina for her outstanding customer service and the making my Sub to perfection. I have the tendency to be picky and a bit difficult but she was patient with me and made my experience one of the best I've had at any Subway. Thank you Gina for your professionalism and kindness! Do NOT order on the app. I ordered over an hour ahead the staff marked my order as ready. I came to pick up 30 minutes later. Sun was not ready and staff was extremely rude. The sub was then made with no lettuce and no pickles (which I ordered “more” of on the app) and it had a bunch of onions. Subway did nothing to resolve and I’ll never be back

Wow, worst service i have seen at subway. Waited over 20 minutes with only one person ahead. the two lady’s working were arguing the whole time, never will go back.

Look, I usually really enjoy Subway, but I am finding that ordering in the App is no bueno......second time that I ordered online and did not get my subs the way I want them. I asked for extra sauce, nope....asked for extra onions, nope..., got one sub toasted, waay overdone.....I am finding the app/ online ordering to be a big nope for me. I will just go somewhere else for subs from now on bcs at least the other places I order from usually get it right. I will miss you Subway but I refuse to pay more for something because I CAME TO YOUR STORE to get it. I know you're not the only place that does this but it only works when the orders are actually made right.

One person working in there today. Had 10 people waiting in line, my online order was 20 minutes late, the lady working was doing a good job but don’t be open if u only have one person working ! Grow up

Poorly staffed, sandwich order completely wrong, ordered from app and waited for one new hire to make sandwiches incorrectly between smoke breaks, no drink carriers and when I called after I got home they suggested I return to store so they could remake sandwiches and waste another hour of my day trying to get what I paid $50 for.

Placed an order online, got to the location to pick it up 20 minutes later, the order had said it was ready, got to the location and it hadn’t been made yet. There were no other customers in sight. Had to wait another 15 minutes and my sandwiches were wrong. The produce on the line looked very messy. Out of a bunch of things.

Adrian and Clarissa are the best ever and make the best Teriyaki Bliz sub in all Volusia County. Very polite and great at remembering there customers even after 6 months. God bless you all and we give you a 10± Highly recommend this location.
