The young man took extra care and time to wash not only the utensils but the boards as well as his hands and changed his gloves when I told him about my food allergies (most of the times I've ordered elsewhere they just wash the utensils ). He was really nice to me and my daughter.

You need to hire more employees for this store it’s absurd how I placed an online order said it was ready I go in and I’m told by the one employee that it’ll be a while because there’s 5 other people ahead of me. Said he couldn’t offer me a refund so my only option was to wait or leave without food wasting my money. This isn’t the first or second time it’s happened at this store. Where are your employees!? One person to fulfill online orders and in store and you expect people to be understanding and to sit around and wait. The reason I do online pick up is to avoid lines and it’s easier to walk in grab it and go along with my day / night. Never returning to this location.

Sandwhich ordered on Sept 27th at midnight. An hour before close I ordered a sweet onion chicken teriyaki. Tomato, lettuce, black olive, and bbq sauce. Toasted on herbs and cheese.

I received a non toasted sandwich with no black olives on the wrong bread. The cheese thrown on top like this was a Wawa or pub sub. I used to work for a subway. I understand closing early and being mad that late orders come in but this was placed AN HOUR before close. This is just lazy sandwhich making on a Friday night. Like cmon guys you have one job to do. Make food and wrap up and store food 10 minutes before close then mop your way out. To have the toaster off, and toppings already put away an hour before close? Shameful. There's no excuse. Avoid this location if you're a 3rd shift worker or looking for a late night meal.

Edit : I read some other reviews and it definitely appears I'm not the only one experiencing this issue with the closing staff. I'm also seeing reviews about rats??!!! I will look into health inspection reports and post the findings as a photo attached to this review. It's pretty telling that the owner can't even find the time to respond to poor reviews. A very quick Google search shows that yes...they do have and have had a pest problem. Disgusting. Absolutely shameful. Do NONE of you take pride in your work? Also...why does it appear that every time you receive a bad review Gina seems to get a good review written about her that names her by name? I know a lot of people who go to sandwhich shops that never bother to learn the name of the person making their sandwich. So many named reviews just comes off as non-genuine. Especially when it's either 5 stars or none. There's barely anything in between. Looks to me like Gina is out here padding the reviews.

literally the worst subway i’ve ever had. i’ve never left a review in my life but this draws the line. the bread is falling apart like sand, the amount of oil and vinegar could probably kill me, and don’t even get me started on the mayo. i called subway and the lady was just as disgusting as the food. my cookies look like they’ve been laced with fetty and i garuntee there are food born illnesses in this food.

Every time I come here, I know I am getting a perfectly toasted sub. Recently ate here and I was impressed with the overall look. Everything looked super fresh and it smelled of warm bread. My sub was perfect, personalized to my likings. And when I sat, the floors were clean and there was a cool feeling in the air. Either way, great experience here. Their cookies are 🔥 and the employee Dre was kind, courteous and quick. :) thank you.

One of the nastiest place people can eat from, roommate used to work in June 2025 (left in week) here and they have huge RAT INFESTATION owner manager and employees know this and keep running like its nothing.
Edit: after complain and Google review store and employee using personal information to harass my family. Little they know florida has personal data breach law. So Taking legal action against franchised owner and corporate as well involved employee.

Every time I get my food over there during the day for lunch it’s amazing. However, every time I get food during their night shift they always mess up my takeout order, either by swapping the breads on my sandwiches or just missing stuff.

Never order pickup online from this location!! Ordered a footlong BLT, paid for double bacon, only had 6 raw cut thinner than lettuce slices, WASTE, paid for smashed avocado, got a finger smear of it, another WASTE! Even the toppings were non existent, trust me don’t buy a sub from this location! Even the turkey sub had a couple slices of turkey, a couple pieces of lettuce, basically eating bread. It was trash! Owner should be embarrassed.

I have the tendency to be picky and a bit difficult but she was patient with me and made my experience one of the best I've had at any Subway. Thank you Gina for your professionalism and kindness!
