Closed the doors at 10:30? If you still have to go/online orders before you close at 11, then those should still be sent out. I understand wanting to close and clean early, but for an online order, you can still do this and make sure it gets sent out.
They close at 11 but when I came in to order at 10:08 they said that they were closed. What’s the point of saying your open to 11 on the window and online???

New owners. Very cheap and skimpy with toppings. Asked for pickles on my foot long- got 3. On another foot long, asked for banana peppers- for 4. Horrible

I've personally been going to this subway almost daily, 4 to 5 days a week for probably a year now and have not yet had a bad experience . Veronica always takes care of my orders. For the first time yesterday (12/15/2025 )I used the restroom and to my surprise it was very very clean. Not sure about the lady's restrooms but its rare to find a public place with clean man's restrooms.. I do see a few negative comments but those are probably from people that worked there for a week or so with attitudes. Keep up the good work 👏

I ordered a salad like I've done 100s of times. It was the worst. Lettuce and spinach was limp, veggies were bottom of the h e container. Didn't ask if I wanted any condiments, seasonings, crackers or anything. Gave 1 container half full of dressing

On August 2nd I order three steak subways through the online app and when I arrive the workers said that they ran out of beef but then why didn’t they call me first since I had my phone number on the order and are they actually out of beef or they just wanted to close already because it was 9pm and told me to take care of the refund on the online support? But it just gave me an error message instead and today I called the restaurant asking if they can make me a sandwich today since my payment already went through online but instead the girl just rude and hang up and blocked my phone number because when I try to call back it wouldn’t go through and I think she’s very unprofessional and I think hiring this type of worker is just doomed.

The guy that made the order was very nice however the food was bad. Bread tasted hard and stale. Double meat and cheese was charged and never recived. Tried contacting store no manager available i just wanted to have my sandwhiches replaced and cant

absolutely absurd and ridiculous what was the point of making a pick up order for a certain time (7:25pm) for the app to say it’s ready on time I go into the restaurant at the ready time and the lady doesn’t have the sandwich’s made what so ever tells me to wait a few minutes. She keeps taking customers in store and I’m waiting on the side for no reason. This subway store is the worst always has one employee working, ac doesn’t even feel like it’s working it’s so damn hot and they don’t ever get the online orders done on time. Finally got my sandwiches at 7:47. I shouldn’t have to wait for my food when I ordered it before hand or else I would’ve waited in line if I’m going to be taken before the online orders. Never coming back to this store again!

I ordered on the app at 5:55. It said it would be ready at 6:10. I arr7ved at 6:15 to give them extra time. There was one lady working and 2 customers in the store. Worker did not make eye contact with me/greet me for 10 min and took several people in front of me, making my sandwich 45 min after i ordered. They did not have turkey, root beer or doritos that we ordered. Usually a good subway. Don't know what was happening

Typically the service is hit or miss here. Today the employee Cole was by himself at lunch time with a line of people waiting to order. He did a great job of working to get us all taken care of efficiently while also having to fill online orders. He was also able to keep an upbeat attitude with all the customers. Very impressed, he needs to be acknowledged for one of the top two interactions I've had here. Not to mention our subs were tasty.

They put so much sauce on your sub it's soggy and leaking. The hot honey sub is so incredibly spicy I was fighting for my life. I love spicy but that was insane ( doesn't help the sub was 60% sauce )
