Dylon was visiting with his girlfriend and a little girl. After waiting 25 min, I then asked if he could make the sandwiches. I was told no because he had 13 mobile orders he had to complete because the order had come through 30 minutes ago. He was extremely rude and refused to serve us.

The young man that made my sub made this experience, he was about to “get off the clock” but still made sure to take care of me, and the family behind me. He is an incredible asset to your team. I have had many experiences at this location and your staff is professional and polite. This staff member may be the best that you have! Good job all around- the beast on the ghost pepper bread is amazing!!!

This particular location seems to be in transition period. I don't see any familiar faces here and the place seems to be a bit chaotic lately.
Today they were out of many ingredients and also out of soda and the ice tea dispensers were both bone dry.
Seems to me they need to get this place back on track.

I’ve been coming here for a very long time, and today was among the worst experiences. There was a small mishap with an order and the manager on duty, Amber Anderson, gave the WORST customer experience. There was NO APOLOGY. There was NO REPLACEMENT. NOTHING but a bitter old lady with rude comments. I came in with courteous intentions and received a deplorable response.
I get it if you’re having a bad day, but don’t take it out on a repeat customer who’s been coming here since 2017. Not only shall I halt all monetary flow coming to this location, but I will CEASE all accounts and close all future orders. This person should not be in charge. It is time for her retirement.
