Hello subway! Unfortunately you forgot my avocado on my sandwich which it’s an additional $2 at this location !! Thanks for not really making my sandwich good :/

Kiosk ordering is a joke m!!!!!!! I ordered first out of 6 people that came in the door was the last to get my sandwich.

25 minutes for 2 subs with a completely empty restaurant. Both employees seemed to care less about my order, doing everything in their power to not make my sandwich, including talking for 10 minutes straight. The blond girl making my sub had a nasty attitude. Won’t be coming back ever again. Visited on 10/25/24 at 5:10-5:28

My husband and I ordered dinner through the subway app. When I went to pick it up there was no order. The card used was charged and the manager did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to make it right. Frankly she was rude and acted like she didn’t have the time of day for the issue. Left there with no dinner and WILL NOT be returning. Do better.

Ordered through the app, and sub was made wrong. Brought it to their attention, and they offered to re-make it, which is great, except I had to be at an appointment in NSB in 15 minutes. I came back later the same afternoon, and the "Manager", Kelly refused to remake my wrongly made sub because I had taken the other one. It was not possible for me to wait. I explained that I did not have time for them to remake it or I would be late for my appointment. Kelly refused to replace my incorrectly made sub, even though I had my receipt. Stated that it was "Subway Policy", which is BS. Make it right, period. I am only asking for what I purchased. As far as I am concerned, I will never go to this Subway location ever again. The prior manger was great. This one is NOT! Avoid this location!!!

Two employees one is really confused pink hair and the girl just with a typical pissed poor attitude seeking male attention too while at work. Walked over after sub was finished and the table was covered in crumbs from lunch rush and it was DEAD when we got there. If it was busy we would have used your virtual kiosk but it appeared they both needed something to do! We brought a few people in behind us and they were very uncomfortable with atmosphere as well. We were asked by the dude if we wanted a meal with cookies or chips and we asked if there was cookies and he proceeds to tell us well yeah they are in the back. Never been to subway that didn’t have fresh displayed cookies.
My boyfriend had to use the bathroom and the males restroom was locked we found out before he was going to ask for the key the female worker was in there she walked out and boyfriend said there was spray cleaner all over the toilet she didn’t even wipe. My bf also asked for a water cup and the dude with pink hair said whatever and brushed his hand and rolled his eyes I watched him the whole
Time however he never looked up, so I missed my opportunity to tell HIM how fortunate he is to have a job and a place to lay his head at night time.
Sad that public people in everyday life hate their lives at work. But without a job they would have NOTHING.
Needless to say to wrap this review, to him if you don’t want the attention be a decent human being.

Very disappointed a the salad from this location tonight. There were barely ripened tomato slices (3), the scant pieces of lettuce were from the center of the headof lettuce. This was a very disappointing salad based on previous orders in the past.
We come to this subway weekly, sometimes multiple times a week. Everyone that works here is super awesome, but we especially love Gina. She makes us smile. :)

Can’t use a buy 1 get 1 50% off in store only on the app. Stupid. $26 for 2 footlongs is crazy.
Edit: I have the paper coupon sheet at home which is even better than the app deal anyways. Moronic they won’t honor the coupon. This location has been going downhill for the past few years. It used to be great. Also the kiosks are stupid.
I used to stop at this Subway at least once a week. Customer service was excellent. I decided to stop by today and when I saw the kiosks, I walked right back out. A kiosk is not a substitute for customer service. I will go to Publix instead.

This subway has been the best one in the area for awhile. Stopped in this morning to grab a sandwich and Becky made it. She was so nice and welcoming! It's nice to see friendly people working in "fast food".
