Went thru the drive thru and got to the window and had to switch only ONE of my meals and even offered to cancel the whole thing and drive back around! But the lady said she could do it! She ended up changing the whole order so I went inside and asked them POLITELY that the order was wrong and if they could fix it! Lady pursued to yell at me then say it’s my fault and that I’m stupid! All over fast food way to ruin both our days she then slammed the food on the counter and said I’ll do a refund and recharge you! Then ignored me for 20 minutes and they said they forgot about my order! Management is absolutely a joke and ridiculous they need to train their staff on customer service! I understand that this is fast food and you have your days but don’t ever take it out on a PAYING customer! The food wasn’t even for me it was for my child and husband, both of their food was cold because they made it and left it on the counter for another 10 minutes before giving it to me!

The service was terrible. People that was there before we came had not received their food, and we got ours, but without our drinks. Had to go back and wait at the counter to be ignored for some time to get our drinks. A delivery driver came in and got the order he needed and left while others were still waiting. Definitely not fast food & poor service also. Won't be going back, probably go to the new Del Taco down the street.

Drive thru, always fast and accurate ! I don't like spicy or lettuce so I am a special request person, my new favorite is the cantina chicken with avocado ranch instead of jalapeno cream. Delicious 😋
