Waited 1 hour in drive-through line for "fast food" at 9pm. In another experience found hair on my breakfast crunch wrapUpdated 03/31/24Every time I try to give this location a second chance they remind me why I gave this location such a rating.I made a breakfast order at 10:40amGot to the drive thru at 11:02They said they couldn't make it,Then she said that what we wanted to do because they couldn't make it, and I didn't want anything else so told us to cancel it through the app, which there's no option for that after the order "was completed" even though I didn't receive my meal, she then told me to get inside because there was a line, even though there wasn't any, got inside and there was no resolution whatsoever,I can't wait for Del Taco to open soon enough!

It was incredible, to say the least.It's a bit of a blur from the sheer overload of taste, smells, adrenaline, serotonin, dopamine, and Baja Blast...the second I opened the door, it was like I was transported to Guadalajara, Mexico. The food is uniquely authentic, offering the finest cuisine from Central and South America. I could practically smell the salt in the air as my mind placed me on the west coast of Colombia. As I took the first bite of my Crunchwrap Supreme*, I was thrust into a small mountain village in the jungles of Venezuela, the smell of simmering Hispanic spices dancing in my nostrils. It was almost TOO authentic, a sensory overload.When will I return? Who knows. Perhaps the tides from the Sea of Cortez will guide me to this Hispanic wonderland in the near future.And to that, I say...yo quiero Taco Bell ?

After placing order online for four tacos driving to the location to pick up had to wait 45 minutes to get our food... Totally horrible and totally unacceptable.... Worst management I've ever seen... And the manager was rude when I mentioned about the time...And it wasn't even busy two people in the whole place.

I frequent this restaurant often on lunch break, today I went and the price of my normal order was different, I questioned the Price and the manager got on the speaker and basically told me that she had no clue why the price was different, but that I could either pay the difference or not get the item the way I wanted it.I questioned this and she got an attitude with me so before I got to the window, I opened up the Taco Bell app And compared the pricing I was given at the Window, And asked the manager and explain it.She was incredibly rude, and walked away from me in the middle of one of my sentences, seemingly disinterested in anything I had to say.Frankly, One of the worst Customer Service experiences I’ve had a long time. Planning on calling Customer Service on Monday when they open back up, But conveniently, they refuse to give me a receipt so I could leave a review on the Taco Bell cares website.

I used to think love this location, but in last 6 months the service is horrible. It’s not just the wait , but they are rude employees and no communication. I watched as people were ignored at the counter for 15 minutes. So bad. I go to one on Ridgewood in South Daytona beach. Much more pleasant . No reason for rudeness regardless of situation

It's so horrible. I love Taco Bell but this one just is not run good. Drove through at night is routinely super long. It's horrible to deliver for, food will be ready before you even arrive, then have to wait in drive through so long for food that's just sitting out. My most recent mobile order was straight up cold, not lukewarm, actually cold, and I cannot describe the taste, it was like eating vomit. I either got completely uncooked meat or been sitting out so long, I dunno. So as a delivery driver I caution ordering here at night as you may be getting really old food, and from personal experience on my own order, it was so bad. You might be safe for breakfast or lunch as they still seem okay but evening and late night, consistently bad.

Rudest manager around. Online ordering started at 10 today and when we got there to pick up the order the so called "manager" yelled at my wife and told her she didn't care that the system had already charged her and refused to give her name. Franchisee will be hearing from us for sure.

Be careful with cash payments at this Taco Bell! two out of three times I have handed over a $10 bill and only got back coin change with no bills. Both times I mentioned I paid with a ten dollar bill.I don’t know if they’re running a scam or not; but it’s very suspicious.

I'm only giving a one star review because it won't let you give zero. I just left this store with my sister we ordered one potato taco one burrito two soft shell tacos and one chicken quesadilla. When she gave us the price I felt like it was expensive for what we got but thought maybe not because of inflation (now a days everything is more expensive.) Upon getting to the window she takes my card. And then gives us our bag of food to send us on our way. We had to ask for my card and receipt back because she forgot it in the card reader upon looking at our food and receipt when we got it we noticed she charged us for two quesadillas hints why it was more expensive then I thought it should be so I told her, she then proceeded to tell me that I had the wrong receipt and I said no everything I ordered is on here you just double charged me and gave me an extra item I did not want. The cashier then says well you need to give me the quesadilla back then, to which I said ok but you need to give me a refund on it. She takes my card to refund it and then I ask for my receipt to which she argued with me that she needs the receipt for her record. I said no you over charged my card you need to print me a receipt for my food and the refund. The lady was very standoffish and annoyed from the get go when we were just ordering our food. Costumer service has gone way out the window at this place. The cashier name on my receipt is Jayshree. What rude and disrespectful lady. Heads up never argue with a customer especially if you are the one that made the mistake.
