Me and my husband came here for a night out and my were we impressed. The staff was very friendly and helpful our waitress was very attentive. Our food came out super quick and it was so delicious we will definitely be going back and have this spot locked in as a favorites.

The food was Amazing! And the service from Iris was the best!! Recommend getting a seafood boil ! The seafood was cooked to perfection and believe it or not… the best corn I’ve ever had! The sauces they add to the boil make sure each every bite is packed with flavor. Highly recommend the Proud Crab and we will be going back!

Wow, surprisingly good. Fast, clean, good service. I ordered the 1/2 lb rock shrimp. Came with corn, potatoes and sausage. Got the shrimp with proud seasoning and medium spice. Very good. Wife ordered coconut shrimp and chicken tenders off the pick two menu. Shrimp was awesome, chicken was so, so. She said she should have ordered twice the amount of shrimp. Table across from us both ordered whole lobsters for $29/ea. It was on special. Looked yummy and they said they were very good.They have an extensive menu with plenty of seafood. Waitress said order from the black side of the menu, those are what Proud Crab was known for.We will be back.

This visit ordered boil with pound of snow drum crab, and head on or go. I specified not to overcook shrimp. Unfortunately, and much to my dismay the shrimp was OVERCOOKED! I called and the staff asked what I wanted them to do then the host put the manager on whose response was we can not send out food without making sure its done. Manager offered no apologies for shell stuck on shrimp or chewy shrimp. Very Disappointing and Very poor customer service. I had to ask for a district manager. This was on a Friday. The manager advised there is only a general owner ,Yula who is there Wednesday and Thursday 2-8. Now seriously, I'm to spend more old my time to resolve any issue of $20 plus of overcooked shrimp? I received the message loud and clear. Although previous experiences and good was great this response does not warrant a repeat visit or referral.

Second time dining there. I visit many restaurants for sea food and this is one of my favorites. Top #1. 5 stars. the owner is very friendly and the staff is fantastic. If you want good seafood, This is the place to go. We always get the family meal plater because we like to take leftovers home. Yummy, Yummy.

Last night was our second visit to Proud Crab and once again we weren’t disappointed. We got the gator bites and chilled rock shrimp appetizers, which were delicious. The boiled is where it’s at though, my friend and I shared a la carte snow crab, crawfish, and shrimp in the Proud crab sauce (spicy), the sauce has a lot of good flavors but not too salty which doesn’t leave you feeling thirsty after you’re done eating. I think the price is fair considering how everything is going up these days, you’re definitely getting good quality seafood!

Had a boil with shrimp clams and mussels. I really loved the seasoning, nice and spicy but not too salty unlike other places that are similar. The food was excellent!!!!
We had the best meal ever!!! the food was absolutely delicious and the service was exceptional. Tiffany was the best waitress we've had in a long time and we look forward to returning to your restaurant and having Tiffany as our server again!!

My wife and I ate here for the first time tonight. The restaurant just opened about a week ago. We got there around 8 pm on a Friday night. There were a lot of cars in the parking lot, but we were seated immediately. We both ordered seafood boils. I had the shrimp and crawfish and my wife had clams and crawfish. The entrees are steamed in a bag with the sauce and spiciness of your choice. Besides the seafood, they come with potatoes, corn and sausage. Our server Tiffany was great! She explained the whole process and kept us well taken care of with drinks and everything we needed. We did not wait long for the food, which came steamed in inflated plastic bags. Tiffany helped open the bags and emptied them into our plates. The smell was incredible and the food definitely lived up to its aroma. The flavors were great and the whole night was a wonderful experience. We took our time eating, drinking and enjoying the ambiance and overall experience. The restaurant is decorated with a modern, nautical theme. For being open for just a week, they did an excellent job! We even got to talk to some of the management, Ken and Eula. They are wonderful people who work hard, but who also took the time to ask us about our experience as they wanted to make sure that we had an excellent dining experience. We certainly did! So thank you Tiffany, Ken and Eula, we will definitely be back soon (like next week) and we will be bringing some friends with us. Well done!!

Good food, good time, good service. What else can I say! Probably the nicest seafood restaurant in port orange next to aunt catfish. My server Kailiegh, I believe, was also spectacular. I highly recommend the gator bites
