My family and I love this place! The food is always extremely fresh, great portions for the price, and the staff is always so friendly and attentive!! We’ve only ever had one problem with an order in 4+ yrs of going, and it was not only corrected immediately but they also gave us coupons on our way out for our next visit, which was an awesome surprise!! The atomic bombs are a MUST try if you like cheesy, spicy, and crispy!!!
Dietary restrictions: You can have pretty much anything made vegetarian, and/or low carb! I am not a vegetarian but I’ve dined with them and they were all very impressed with the food and taste!!

I hate leaving bad reviews but I’m really hoping this helps them fix the broken system. This used to be our favorite spot. Online order used to be easy and fast they even used to do curbside which was so convenient with kids. Now it takes almost an hour to get a Togo order. They have usually one person trying to do all jobs. They need to get the proper help and much better management!

I’ve been ordering from this location for a few years now. Was always my go to. Couple times a week. But the last few months have been tough. Messed up orders a lot. Today, the burrito is about half the size it normally is. Only a few chips. And they gave me the wrong sauce. Hard to stomach paying $17 for this. The people there are great. But this is sad and I think I’m going to have to start getting my Mexican food elsewhere. Again, very friendly staff

Had the taco Tuesday bad idea won’t be back chips were very stale The taco shell was more stale then the chips Chicken taco was probably the worst I had in florida I wouldn’t leave a review like this it’s not my style but I did get very sick the next day.

I usually don’t leave food reviews, but this one i had to. I got the chips and queso and it took TEN MINUTES to come out, not only that but after eating it i started feeling queasy. It had been the only food i had FOR THE DAY and it had me feeling nauseated. The service was terrible as well. Two teen girls were operating the front and spent more time loudly talking and swearing then being attentive to guests. That couple with the long wait for a simple meal has left a very had taste in my mouth both figuratively and literally. Will NOT return.

I ordered online and when food arrived the drinks were missing so driver was supposed to go get them and return. Never received. The food was cold as if it had come out of the refrigerator and the chips were stale. The flavor of the meat was not seasoned to Tijuana Flats taste and was very bland as if no seasoning was added. Wen I called the 1st time person said they would credit 1 of the meals. When I called the 2nd time they said the driver hadn't returned yet and have been on hold with the 3rd call for 20mins at this point. This is very poor service. I will be disputing these charges

I'm not a big review guy but I gotta say something. This was one of my favorite spots for a easy lunch, went here at least once a week for years. With work I moved away for a couple years and finally upon after moving back I went here to get dinner after driving 18 hours. I placed my order online and it was supposed to be ready on 15 minutes, ended up getting there at the pickup time and still waited another 15 but that's not a big deal. Pick my food up and go home , my quesadilla ended up only having cheese on it , was cold and all the chips where stale. It was so bad and disappointing I had to bring it back (I've never done that before at any restaurant) and return the food. The person at the counter didn't really seem to care and even asked if I wanted to keep it? I just wanted a refund then after being issued one I was told the money be back on my card the next day. Of course 10 days later still no money back. It's kinda crazy, I had people tell me it went down hill but didn't think it got this bad. Oh well, if a manager reads this I don't need a response or send it to your email. Thanks for ruining one of my favorite places.

Staff is very pleasant and helpful! I have Celiac Disease, and cannot have even trace amounts of gluten, so it was nice that they knew how to help me stay safe. It helps to arrive when it is not real busy so they can take their time preparing your food using all of the Celiac safety precautions (which they did). I ordered a burrito bowl. All of the proteins are GF and the rice, black beans, cheese, Lettuce, tomato, onions, are as well. The chips and taco shells are NOT. The meal was filling but it sure would've been nice to have some chips for texture! Price? There were 3 of us eating and before tip it was $56 and some change (no alcohol). Pleasant environment. Very clean. Great place for folks of all ages!

Excellent service and a good variety of food!! We were attended to by JÔ who was super attentive and made us feel comfortable!! He explained all the dishes with patience and served us at the table!! I definitely recommend this place to eat!! There were two dishes and 4 adults ate!! Still left!! It was 26 dollars with a Korean beer!! There are old games there like retro!! Very cool!!
