Portions at this restaurant are literally half of what they used to be around 2022, and the bangin chicken is consistently not properly warmed, resulting in coagulated junk instead of food. 15 dollars a person for something that honestly can be beat by certain items on the Taco Bell value menu. Save your money, please.

Order salad to go was so disappointing from this location. When I called to complain James the person I spoke with had an attitude but try to give half apology. Said he would refund my salad.

I went to have dinner with my family at this location and it was actually disgusting. We walked out because each table was covered in food trays nothing was cleaned.Everything screamed dirty
Food was ok. Tables stayed dirty. Understaffed? Many of the hot sauces were empty...kids enjoyed the video games.

We liked some of the food very well & some not. We have been several times & our order was wrong/incorrectly cooked multiple times - ingredients were missing/added in error/the food came out cold. We were able to get the missing ingredients or have the food warmed up, so we will still be going back.

I hate leaving bad reviews, but this is one. The staff is friendly, but this is the most dirty location I've ever seen. There's only two napkin dispensers and one of them is covered in dust. The food was so greasy, but hopefully hot enough to ki ll anything bad in it. I choked down the bare minimum because I paid so much. Chips were ok. Guacamole suprisingly fresh but extreme lime taste-- might be why it looks green. Windows were also filthy. Couldn't find a trash can. This place needs a deep clean. They decorated for cinqo (its the 9th). No need to clean, just decorate right over the dirt! I feel bad for the employees. It seems entirely mis-managed. Everyone sitting around w no customers. Personal hygiene was also a concern as cashier has really bad yellow chunks in their teeth. I've been to some shady places, but if I could eat the food, I can forgive a lot. I cannot recommend anyone coming here though. Sorry.
