All I can say is thank you to the staff for helping make my son's birthday party successful. We had a last minute fail on the food option for the party. We called and within two hours the food was available. This took the stress off the day so thank you. I feel you get more than what you pay for, good food and service. So grateful for the experience and for making the choice to use Tijuana Flats. (?Feb. 2024)

Ordered food from the app 15mins before I arrived. Upon arrival, they seemed short staffed. The one girl working in the front asked the name of the order. We had 4 people come in and order food from the register after our arrival. All got their food while we waited. 30+ mins. I told the girl to just cancel the order. She stated that she would check again. Brought our food out and stated “We only have two of us working here”. I live less than 10mins away. When my son and I got home, the food wasn’t even luke warm. We requested no lettuce, no jalapeños, both were in our burritos. I’m giving three stars for the food because we’ve had better experiences in the past, but this left a bad taste in my mouth and will not be going back. This experience ruined Tijuana Flats for us for good. Deleted the app, unsubscribed to the emails.

First visit- I really liked the layout, food, atmosphere.I wanted a quick bite so decided to stop in for some tex mex. The gal at the cadh register was super sweet, helpful and efficient. I ended up ordering the shrimp tacos, with all the regular toppings.My food came out fairly fast, only 1 person was ahead of me. I really liked the unique taste of the toppings on the taco, it gave it a different taste. The friend breaded Sheri was perfectly cooked, and together everything tasted pretty good.It was served as 2 tacos, so the serving size was just right. The ingredients tasted fairly fresh, and blended well together.The restaurant was really clean, largest temperature and had traditional tex mex decor as you would expect. It's really spacious and well thought out floor plan. I'll try it again in the future. Downloaded their rewards, and particularly liked they offered me a water while I waited!

Love Tijuana flats it's all consistent at every location. The good old days of 4.99 taco tuesdays are over unfortunately but still love it here.

It’s such a shame how downhill Tijuana Flats has gone. Got 2 tacos, the beef taco was 90% lettuce and the beef only went about 2/3 of the way across. The chicken on the other taco was so bland it tasted like there was zero seasoning, not even salt or pepper. If I could rate the food 0 stars I would have.

I have been coming to this location once a week for the past several years. Every week I get the steak burrito. Tonight was the first time I got The beef burrito. I've never had any issues there with the food or service. But tonight after I ate the beef burrito about 90 minutes later I became violently ill. I have been vomiting all night long and I'm shaking. Very sick. Food poisoning. The last time I had food poisoning years ago I lost about 3 days of work. So just because I chose to eat there tonight I'm going to lose a tremendous amount of money in work income. You shouldn't get violently ill and lose money just because you choose to eat somewhere. Not happy at all. I'm a small business owner. I remodel homes. If there's something wrong with the grout in a shower I build, I fix it immediately. That's what a good small business owner does.

To start, we ordered through Door Dash at work one day, so this was a delivery order. I was in the mood for a fish taco, so I ordered that with the sides of beans and rice. Well, it was about what I would expect from a fast food franchise type place.First off, the chips were very flat and plain. No seasoning, no salt, no crunch. The salsa seemed fresh but watery. My taco was ok but there was way too much paprika on the fish which threw off the taste. The fish itself was flaky, well-cooked but it was overwhelmed by the topping. The one saving feature of the taco were the pickled onions. Now those were done well.As for the rest of the meal, the portions were small which was ok since I didn't like the rice or the beans. Again, not a lot of good flavors. No real seasoning to the rice which was dry, and the beans were lackluster. I've had Tijuana Flats before from a different location and was sorely disappointed by this one.
